Great show!

We saw it in New York and now in London. The voices were great. Very entertaining! Full house and the audience loved it! Set right in the theater district by Piccadilly Circus.

It is that good I've been listening to the soundtrack ever since. Next time I'm in London I will definitely be going back to see it. Not for people who are easily offended!

This show has a go at everyone, it's brilliant the way it has been put together, funny story ( tongue in cheek !) great songs, costumes and very good cast. If you don't mind some language ( maybe a lot ) this is a good entertaining show, Mormons beware, although if your thick skinned you like it,we loved it,well worth the... More

I used to live in the theatre district in Manhattan and got a chance to see some shows there. But this is undoubtedly amongst the Top 3 shows I have ever seen! Every single performer was absolutely brilliant. It was very captivating and there was never a moment where my attention was lost or I was even minutely distracted. I... More

This will be marmite for people. We loved it. You need to accept the promise of it mocking everything - and it really does with no limits at all. If you want catchy tunes and cheese - not for you. It you want a funny satire of religion etc - with some punchy jokes. Give it a go.

I cannot say that this play was not brilliant, hilarious, well acted, or entertaining. Satire that exposes what is bad, has long been an appreciated art form, and one of my favorites. I appreciate its use as a weapon to dismantle and reveal. In my opinion, this went too far in its attack and annihilation of the innocent object in... More

Had read other reviews but wasn't sure what to expect but very funny from start to finish. Performers were fantastic. Still laughing today. Language may not be acceptable for the faint hearted or religious type.

Having been lucky enough to have seen most of the big shows in London over the last several years, Book of Mormon was high on my remaining list. Tried to walk in one day but only tickets left were £150 returns! Managed to get a great deal for a later weekend date on lastminute for lucky dip seats £50, which... More

I've seen this wonderful show before but managed to pick up a cheap matinee ticket in the back row of the stalls. (£40) Great show. Very explicit words to the songs, but very funny. Not for the easily offended! A fantastic laugh.

I went with no expectations and I deliberately avoided reading any showbiz reviews before going because I did not wish to know the storyline of hear about the punchlines in advance. From beginning to end I was thoroughly entertained. The laughs came very fast and stayed there right until the very end. The actors were brilliant, all of them. The... More

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
