A truly brilliant day out! I attended a stews and casseroles class at this cooking school but to be honest it would be great regardless of which type of course you went to. Brilliantly organised but still relaxed; the chef was very knowledgeable and friendly....More

I thoroughly enjoyed this. We practised cutting all different kinds of vegetables which then went into a minestrone soup. Jane and Marcella were great, walking round giving tips on how to improve. I went to this course on a recommendation and would recommend to others.

Hi Galina, We have two kitchens so depending on which kitchen a class is taking place in, there will be up to 12 or up to 16 people in a class. We have a ratio of 1 chef per 10 students generally. Regards, Jo
