On the night, 2 of 3 acts were good. I did not enjoy one of the acts gay jokes despite the facts the jokes were targeted at himself. The place was a bit of an adventure to move about as there are many steps and few suitable lights to warn you. The place looks like it could do with some TLC and a good clean. The price of drinks was expensive for the venue but may be this is just London?

Been there twice now, the first time we were really lucky and saw some really good acts while the second time... Not so much.. All in all, you can't really rate a venue based on the acts. The environment and ambiance is very nice. The alcohol is cheap and cheerful but avoid ordering the food. The choice of food is very limited, the quality is poor and they will bring it out in boxes (yes, without plates) making it feel you have just ordered from the kebab shop. If you are in Camden anyway there are plenty of places to eat at to then go to the highlight afterwards for some comedy and drinks. The place turns in to a night club afterwards which mainly gets filled up by the younger crowd... Good place to go for a night out with friends or as couples
