Paul A. Young was at the top of the list of chocolatiers to visit while in London. As a recent graduate of chocolatiering school, I make it a point to find as many chocolatiers as I can while traveling. I'd heard pretty mixed reviews about...More

The best chocolate place is Soho
Are you tired of boring chocolate? Then you must visit Paul A Young shop in Soho. Chocolate bonbons with a different taste presented in a style. Blue cheese chocolate? Yep, you can get it here!...More
I first visited this shop on a chocolate tasting tour of the West End - the tour guide definitely saved the best till last. I've shopped there several times since, and tried lots of their chocolates (the sea salted caramel is still favourite, though!)
Every time we go to London, we always visit Paul A. Young's shop in Soho. It's like being a kid in a sweetshop again! We can especially recommend the salted caramel truffles, even if they're a little expensive. You must try this place if you're...More
This is the best chocolate I think I have ever tasted! At £7 for 4 chocolates or £15.50 for 9 it's pretty pricey but 100% worth it!! The hot chocolate is nice but I'd suggest getting sugar and it's so rich you could most definitely...More
Note there are a few shops in London and worth it to seek out at least one. There were lots of selections of fruit creams (orange, raspberry, banoffee pie, peanut butter, cherry, etc) and each was delicious. This is an award-winning chocolatier and we went...More
So, I was walking to lunch when I passed by. I had read that Paul A Young had great ice cream. As it turned out, this location doesn't have ice cream. It did have Sea Salted Caramel Billionaire's Shortbread. This is the official description:

We have been here at least four times and having got over the need to try the bizarre, we feel the best results come from more traditional combinations.
This visit we chose 9 chocolates for £15 and had 5 flavours. Rose and raspberry, orange, ginger...More
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the
most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
They do a range of sizes, from 2 to 25 I think. I'd guess their most popular sizes are 9 chocolates (£15.50) or 4 chocolates (£7.00). You can choose your selection, and its worth asking staff to help, as they really know... More
