We went to my son’s wedding here. Everything was great, the venue, parking, security and THAT VIEW! Dead opposite the Millennium Dome. The groom and his entourage arrived by boat. My father worked on the river and remembers this place as a working wharf. We...More

Trinity Buoy Wharf is the site of London's only lighthouse, which incidentally doesn't work anymore. Now the site is a exhibition, art studio and office complex made from recycled sea shipping containers and former naval buildings, hence the name of "Container City". Lots to see...More

Make sure to visit at the weekend when you can go inside the Lighthouse overlooking the river (it's free of charge). The site is full of sculptures and art, with colourful buildings made from shipping containers. We had a coffee at the café by the...More

Trinity Buoy is a little off the beaten track but well worth a visit! This wharf has London’s only lighthouse and historically was the base for the storage and maintenance of buoys used on the Thames, hence the name! The area was almost completely derelict...More

Great venue with great views of the river and O2. This place has real character. This is venue-only provision, you have to do everything yourselves, but that allows you have a lot of freedom. Cant understand the earlier rant about the venue, which seems to...More

This is one of those places that almost everyone we spoke to wasn't familiar with. If you are a fan of lighthouses it's a quick stop . Not to difficult to climb.

Absolute shambles! The wedding/venue planner hasn’t arrived on the day and her “replacement” doesn’t know anything about the wedding or the set up! Called them at least 6 times from the brides phone and at least twice from the catering team and needless to say...More

We are shocked to read this review. We run over 200 events a year at our 'dry hire' venues without issue. We are very sad to read this and feel we should clarify that as a 'dry hire' venue, we provide the space but not...More

Easy to get to by bus, and historical a very interesting site but looks really run down - seen better days, though lots of surrounding building sites may give hope for the future

Hi. We walked also, but there were cars parked further down the approach. I'm sure you could find a spot.
