Excellent experience, gueue always very long but you can survive :) Don't forget pop up your Oyster card. The weekly/monthly pass doesn't work. Try the nice fish and chips on the other side of the river.

All of us would have been on cable cars at different locations. Difference here would be the view of O2 from top, of River, etc. One time activity.

Very easy day out, tube to N Greenwich, lunch in Wagamama's then the cable car over to the other side then back again. Inexpensive with lovely views and well organized.

The views are worth waiting in the queue. On a fair day you can see for miles, not a trip for anyone who does not like heights.

A prepaid ticket will certainly save you time avoiding a queue but either way will do. We just turned up and paid and then joined the queue to the gondola's. A great experience either way and hope for a clear day.

You can park at the O2 it's the closest. Depending on how long you'll be as it's not cheap. Pre book the parking :)
