Took the air line across to get to a concert. The staff were very helpful and eventually we understood how to use the ticket set up. The convenience is excuse enough to use the line, but the view and experience were excellent on their own.

Good for tourists, arrive at Royal Victoria DLS and you can do a return trip without getting off. Only abut 300m from the station to buying tickets.Relatively quiet on an April Saturday, suitable for adults and children and good for pictures.
We took a round trip from the O2-arena and back. Fantastic view. Good audio guidance. Do take the time to visit the Emirates activity center. Quite interesting, especially if you are interested in technology.
Decided on getting into Central London a different way. Got the train & DLR to Victoria docks. Wasn't much of a queue.
