I and a few colleagues went to the Shaftesbury Theatre yesterday to watch Motown. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the performance from start to finish. The performers, storytelling, props and music was fantastic. I couldn't help but sing along haha. I would definitely recommend. The staff at the theatre were also very helpful too!

We added a theatre trip to our London trip, my husband booked Royal circle tickets and the champagne extras package great view seats near to restrooms and bar, great view excellent musical spoiled only by the guests to the side of us talking throughout the show very rude, observation why does no one dress up to go to the theatre... Went with my wife to see our first ever show in London; we saw the Motown Story. Theatre is delightful. We had seats to the rear of the stalls; the seats were very low but were comfortable nevertheless and we had a good view throughout. I'm not sure if the show itself was better/worse than others (as it was first... More

I loved the show. There were moments which gave me goosebumps and points where I would have loved to get up and dance and sing....although that would not have been so much fun for those around me! I highly recommend this show.

What a fantastic and uplifting show, the story was so well told and the singing was sensational. It's the type of show that is so good you could sit through it all over again. Had front row seats on the circle and am 5'10" and found no issues with space whatsoever. The cast also came down into the crowd and... More

Watched a great show which had been booked for me, seating however is awful, I suffer with arthritis and half way through the first half wanted to cry, I was basically touching the head of the person in front of me, there is no room to stretch and if the seats are all full even worse. I know it is... More

Motown is a great show, the hits just keep on coming from artists that can sing. It was hard not to start singing with them in fact my wife did a couple of times. The theatre is a lovely venue, the architecture is amazing, we sat in the stalls with a very good view. The only comment I will make... More

However, the seats are really uncomfortable, no leg room and your bottom is lower than your knees so really painful. be prepared more... More

Excellent evening. Show is fantastic, understand the singalong restriction but does make it tough with so many great tunes. Superb acting and singing. Theatre is good
