Went to Nando's during the eat in dine in during August We had to join a virtual queue by scanning with phones. Our waiting time was 2 hours. no one kept social distance. Was told we would get a txt message when our table was ready. When our table was ready customers were all waiting outside again no social distance. Once inside again had to sit and wait. Was shown to our table where again was told we had to place our own order on our phones by the Nando's App and pay for it before we would receive our food . Our order arrived we was missing fries and a drink had to ask many times for the missing orders. Quality of the Food was disgusting the chicken and fries was cold and chewy. There was not a good choice for vegetarians even the bean burger was cold and contents fell out while we was eating it. Will definitely not eat here again. Quality of food disgusting. Quantity of food has reduced. Service by staff not satisfactory. Seating and cleanliness poor.

I don’t go to Gallions Reach that often as it’s a bit far away from where I live, but it is a pleasant shopping park, it isn’t too crowded and has amble parking. It has about 30 shops, a massive Tesco Extra and a couple of foodie places – Bella Italia, Nandos, McDonalds and a Subway. I hadn’t noticed the two dog statutes before which are near Holland & Barretts - see photos. If you’re not travelling by car there are 3 bus routes that go there, the 101, 262 and 366, or Gallions Reach DLR station is about a 10 minute walk away (could probably get a bus from the DLR to the retail park if you didn’t fancy walking from there). I always get all the things that I have gone to get when I go there and I would say that it’s a good place to pop along to if you happen to be in the area. Note that although I have marked the place as average its only because there isn't a good category and I didn't think it rated the very good one.

Galleons Reach is near the Becton sewers, and sometimes the smell is unbearable, however, there are a good range of shops and eatery with ample parking for everyone. Ideal for all your family and general shopping needs.
