Has everything you need from clothing stores to discount stores to restaurants and a Tesco Extra. Parking is always plentiful and free.

We sometimes stay at the Travelodge at City Airport so we come here often as it also has free parking. They have places to eat such as Nandos or McDonalds. There is a large Tesco as well as a selection of shops ranging from clothes, toys and a very large TK Maxx.

There is free marking and during school holidays in the spring and summer they also hold events and activities.

I often go with my children to buy toys and clothes for myself. There are a few stores but not enough and it's in a peaceful area. They have plenty of parking space. Overall a sweet little shopping place.

This shopping centre has a good selection of shops catering from clothing to household items. It seems apparent that the big name shops offer a smaller selection of items compared to more established areas. The location is quite cut-off for travelling as it is not in good walking distance and it can feel quite unsafe at night. The lighting at night is dim which does not help with the safety aspects. Few buses take you to the location. More entertainment venues may help to excite the centre. But for now, it is useful for seeing items in person.

Went to Nando's during the eat in dine in during August We had to join a virtual queue by scanning with phones. Our waiting time was 2 hours. no one kept social distance. Was told we would get a txt message when our table was ready. When our table was ready customers were all waiting outside again no social distance. Once inside again had to sit and wait. Was shown to our table where again was told we had to place our own order on our phones by the Nando's App and pay for it before we would receive our food . Our order arrived we was missing fries and a drink had to ask many times for the missing orders. Quality of the Food was disgusting the chicken and fries was cold and chewy. There was not a good choice for vegetarians even the bean burger was cold and contents fell out while we was eating it.
Will definitely not eat here again.
Quality of food disgusting. Quantity of food has reduced. Service by staff not satisfactory. Seating and cleanliness poor.

We were taken in to our seating area straight away but ordering off the menu wasn’t as simple as I thought it would be, there was at least three diff types of menus scattered on the table. The waiter wasn’t very helpful when we had questions regarding the foods off the menu and I wasn’t impressed when I asked if I could have a straw for my toddler’s drink seeing that other tables had straws in their cups too, her reply was “no darling we don’t do straws no more”. Even though I could see two other tables who had straws in their cups. I was stopped on my way back from the ice cream factory telling me I’m only allowed one bowl of ice cream although I ordered a meal deal for my toddler which includes a dessert and also an extra dessert for my niece too. I had to explain that with two melting ice creams in my hands and kids running rings around me. The bill came and it was considerably high but as we were in a hurry to get the kids home we paid and head straight out to catch the bus on time, unfortunately we were stopped and asked to come back in but nothing further was said to us. There was at least 3-4 waitresses, one being the manager all talking amongst themselves in their own language too, and we were just stood there embarrassed thinking have we underpaid or has our payment not gone through. All the lady kept saying was wait one min! This was the manager. I’m usually a patient person but the kids were getting restless and this manager was not giving me much information until I changed my tune and attitude. The manager then turns around and says oh you paid for a diff table it’s only £1 diff but you’ll get a refund and before I could say anything further she turned around and carried on with whatever it was she was doing amongst her colleagues trying to sort out the bill issue. She then managed to get another waiter to help her sort the issue which is when I decided enough is enough! I made sure to tell them that it was absolutely rude when you ask someone back after they’ve paid and not inform them of why you’ve kept them back! Any kind of information would’ve been helpful but we didn’t get anything! I was furious and then the guy was sorry, but the female manager didn’t look the least bit bothered! And it wasn’t a £1 diff it was over £10! What a bad service!

I don’t go to Gallions Reach that often as it’s a bit far away from where I live, but it is a pleasant shopping park, it isn’t too crowded and has amble parking. It has about 30 shops, a massive Tesco Extra and a couple of foodie places – Bella Italia, Nandos, McDonalds and a Subway. I hadn’t noticed the two dog statutes before which are near Holland & Barretts - see photos.
If you’re not travelling by car there are 3 bus routes that go there, the 101, 262 and 366, or Gallions Reach DLR station is about a 10 minute walk away (could probably get a bus from the DLR to the retail park if you didn’t fancy walking from there).
I always get all the things that I have gone to get when I go there and I would say that it’s a good place to pop along to if you happen to be in the area.
Note that although I have marked the place as average its only because there isn't a good category and I didn't think it rated the very good one.

Galleons Reach is near the Becton sewers, and sometimes the smell is unbearable, however, there are a good range of shops and eatery with ample parking for everyone. Ideal for all your family and general shopping needs.
