Lush Spa is a bit off putting at first as the shop staff are not the usual Lush standard. However don't let this put you off the spa which is excellent. The beauty therapists giving the treatment were very skilled, progressional and charming. A really lovely experience.

Great for gifts or a nice treat to unwind after a long day! Have never tested the spa as it is very expensive. Staff is very pushy though but the shop is amazing for anybody who can handle the smell

I had wanted to have my treatment at Oxford Street Lush but the communication from them is very poor so I called Kings Road who managed to fit me in. I arrived early and waited on the shop floor for Lauren. She took me downstairs and asked me to fill in a form with my details. Lauren took my coat... More

Having experienced Lush Spa Edinburgh I was really looking forward to the comforter at the LushChelseaSpa-arriving a few minutes early, I asked if I could use the toilet facilities and was told I had to use the star bucks next door as you are not allowed down to the basement until your exact time. Not exactly the relaxing welcome you... More

Just had another @lushcosmetics spa treatment. I had 'the planet' and it's a healing session and self discovery through the universe in 3 hours. It is as impressive as ever. Lush spa is unlike any spa in the world, it's the 'Heston Blumenthal' of spa designed by the Willy Wonka of cosmetics, Mark Constantine. Don't wait anymore, just book it.

Best message ever. Great precepts used, little surprises during the massage, and the lady was so upbeat and good at her job. If I lived in London, I would be tempted to do it again!

The Lush Spa chain is a successful addition to the beauty & wellness options available in London. The Chelsea store is on Kings Road and has a great selection f products available to purchase. I like the fact that they are "cruelty to animals free" products. The treatments at the spa are also quite delightful. Highly recommended.

My friend and I treated each other to a treatment for our birthdays. I had the comforter and my friend had tailor made. The tailor made is a deep tissue treatment and my friend (who always complains the pressure is not enough) says it was the best massage she has had in this country. The comforter was very relaxing and... More

Me and my sister are addicted to some of the lush products, so after booking our ticket and hotel we booked a treatment at the lush spa. The ladies who gave us our treatment were so friendly, you feel at ease right away. The treatment took up about 1,5 hours and included aromatherapy, massage and a lot of relaxing. It... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
