BRAVO!!!This show was one of the highlights of our trip. My husband works with theater companies and we have seen this show in the U.S. but nothing could compare to the voices, acting and set designs we saw at this show. Bring tissues because it will tug at your heart. Add dinner for a perfect romantic evening out in London!!

After a long wait, we went to see it. Everyone was talking about it, and wanted to know what the fuss was all about. And I have to say, it is good, but was not excellent. Probably the experience was sightly spoiled by the blond lady snoring next to us. Probably need to go and see it again.

Was really good, they actual play was only 1/2 of the movie (for the once that have seen it), but you get the whole feeling. The only thing I did not quite got was that half of the theatre was crying lol

I watch Les Mis 8 years ago, also at the Queen's Theatre. Last evening, I caught the opera again, was so looking forward to it. Fantine sang well but sounded like she was rushing and way too dramatic. The Fantine 8 years ago sang with true emotions that touched my heart, but the current Fantine definitely fall short. Theatre was... More

Music you will recognise and they sing it well. If I hadn't checked out the story first I think I would of struggled at times to understand what it was about. However it is lovely and brings tears at the end.

Went to see this musical last week when in London. The venue was legendary and the small intimate theatre lent itself to feeling at one with the story on stage. Easy to find - bus to Trafalgar Square and walk from there. This was well worth seeng as the longest running show in the west end.

I've seen this show numerous times, in NYC, London, and locally. This cast had us in tears! It is a must-see in London! Book a few months early, and there are many available seats in the stalls!

An emotional rollercoaster, fabulous sights and sounds. Had put off seeing this one for a while, but it is now one of my favourite west end shows.

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
