Probably the best theatre musical show we have ever seen (seen plenty) with very talented cast. The singing was amazing and the sound system in the theatre was very clear and well balanced. The show had plenty of humour - we were constantly in histerics...More

Absolute first class entertainment. The music, singing and dancing are tremendous from start to finish. We had seats on the first row of the upper circle and although knee room is a little tight (quite normal for an old west end theatre) the view was...More

We came here as a group of 12 for a works event. Right from the start it was fantastic. Easy to get in and they search bags, which was reassuring and quick. Cloakroom was cheap at one pound an item. The show was fantastic with...More

Yup, she should be fine, no nudity, very little swearing (and that was mild), just a fair bit of cross-dressing.

Kinky Boots_Discount theatre ticket options? (2 Replies)
I'm currently in London and would like to see Kinky Boots this weekend. Ideally I can get tickets for either the matinee or evening show tomorrow on Sat. Should I buy tickets online and get them on site in the city? Thanks in advance for your advice!

Download the TodayTix app and apply for the day seat lottery for both matinee and evening performances. Don't worry about being on the front row, the view is excellent.

Dinner suggestion before theatre? (10 Replies)
We are going to see Kinky Boots at the Adelphi theatre on Saturday April 16th. We are a party of 8 so feel like we should make reservations for dinner before the show. A few in our group would like Indian but I am open to other suggestions as well. Maybe more traditional British food or ethnic, such as Turkish/Greek, etc? We have delicious Italian food in Boston so would prefer to stay away from Italian. Maybe moderately priced - not over the top cost. Thanks in advance for your help!

The Adelphi Theatre on the Strand is just a short stroll from Covent Garden where you will find a really fine set of restaurants. Google... Restaurants in Covent Garden and take a look. Enjoy Anthony

Purchase of theater tickets (7 Replies)
I noticed that I cannot book theater tickets far in advance when I looked at buying Kinky Boots for next August at the Adelphi theater. Is buying that far in advance not typical for London theaters?

Thanks for info. I now do not remember what site I went on earlier today, but I thought it was the theater itself that said it was booking only through November. We always try to book ahead of time to get seats where we want them.
