1st time of seeing the show as we bought last minute tickets on the day. Loved it. Some of the good witch's songs were a bit high for my ears but the show overall was very enjoyable and easy to follow. Green witch was absolutely outstanding, definitely the strongest performer. A well spent 2 and a half hours

I wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff at this theatre I had an unfortunate incident that meant I had to leave mid performance at the very beginning. My daughter had ice cream balls that were made from cashew nut paste that she was allergic to. She started madly sneezing and the staff helped me get her swiftly out the theatre and get the right help. Thank you all so much and apologies to anyone watching the show I may have disturbed while leaving.

We had been waiting to see this for so long and we were not disappointed at all. The show was absolutely amazing, Elphaba and Galinda (21st nov) were unreal! Singing and overall performance was everything that it should be. Costumes were gorgeous. I loved it so much!

Great show. went to the afternoon show and glad to see it was packed. very well put together. avoid seats R19-R20. above the exit/entrance and with a staircase in front, people got in the way. I thought theatres closed the doors once the play started. other than that, great work.

I am a 52 year old male who has never been to a musical before and was expecting to have to suffer a couple of hours to hopefully please my other half for her birthday. In fact we both loved it. The story was clever, the performance flawless and thoroughly entertaining, the venue well organised and comfortable. Thoroughly recommend it!

The show, the sets and the story were fab. It was such a shame that for such a big show that the sound was terrible. The only way that I can explain it is that it sounded like SD and not in your usual HD. The tickets are priced at a premium, which I wouldn't normally have a problem with but spend that money on making the show sound amazing!

First time seeing a performance on the west end. Have seen similar shows up north but the touring versions. Very good show which we really enjoyed. Understand the lead actresses were not the usual leads but wow they were fantastic - incredible voices. Defying gravity was my highlight. Good idea for the app to get drinks and snacks to your seat and beat the queues.

First time we have been to a show so difficult to critique. The show was interesting if you are fans of The Wizard of Oz, the production was good and clearly some very talented actors. We enjoyed the whole experience overall and would definitely go to further shows. The show we went to see was very busy and the entrance area was quite packed (probably due to the heavy rain and it being sold out) liked the ability to order interval snacks to your seat. Only criticisms would be queues for the toilet at the interval and the seating which we both felt were uncomfortable considering you are there for close to 3 hours. (time to upgrade them)

Attended the Saturday matinee with my husband who has limited experience of the theatre and musicals. On the whole we had a lovely time and the whole production was excellent from the stage and technical right through to the costumes, acting, dancing and singing. For my husband it wasn’t a five star experience purely based on the fact that he wasn’t familiar with the storyline or knew any of the songs.

Had read some recent bad reviews so was not holding out for much however I was very pleasantly surprised. My husband, ten year old son and I all thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. It definitely helps if you know the story of the Wizard of Oz as it could be a bit confusing otherwise and you might miss some of the references to it. The singing, performing and stage effects were great and even though we were sat in the dress circle, there were no issues with sound volume or clarity. A fantastic show and a brilliant night out.
