    A tourist attraction in itself
Inside is a modern station, bright and spacious. Outside, the facade is ancient like, but majestic and elegant. Even if you do not need to use the train services, it is worthwhile to come and admire the beautiful facade. There are shops and restaurants inside the station. It is not exactly a shopping mall, but contains adequate services for passengers in a hurry as well as those who have some time to spare.

Architectural landmark building with monuments and sculptures
This is probably Britain's most beautiful train station, worth a visit not only for travellers. The building is beautiful - step into the Renaissance hotel! - there are various interesting scupltures and monuments, plenty of cafés, a supermarket and a "piano to play"...

    My favourite Station of London
I usually arrive at St Pancras when I visit London and it's easily become my favourite train station of London. Not only is its architecture beautiful, but there is a wide selection of small versions of shops, take aways, places to eat, food shops, drugstore... You can easily find everything you need and quite some places stay open until late (you need to double check opening hours though to be sure). I find it so easy to navigate and because it's so spacious it's fine even if crowded. There are also free public toilets. Kings Cross station is just a minute walk away and also further nice and handy areas such as Granary Square and the surrounding area. Many tube lines run through St Pancras and this is so handy. It makes it possible to travel much faster and more easily and possibly directly. Before Christmas there is usually a lovely tree set up in the main hall - this year's book-tree is amazing!

    Outstanding place
We had a family 80th birthday this evening and can't fault the amazing experience we had. Our waiter Romario (hope I spelt that correctly) as this gentleman has impeccable service skills. He could jot have been more attentive to our family to make sure we had a perfect evening Thank you for the extra touch for the dessert with candle that we all sang happy birthday to. I will also add thank you so much to Romario for being amazing with our son who is 4 years old and was so tired and had such a long day that you made it so much easier in keeping him calm too. Going that extra mile. Because of today I will be back for my mums birthday in march. Thank you so much again Foods amazing, service amazing and management amazing!!!!!!!

Smooth experience at a beautiful station
Came here to take the Eurostar. Beautiful architecture and loved the Christmas tree of books put up by Hatchards this year. Helpful staff when needing directions and baggage services, although they're a bit curt. Smooth experience despite how busy it was.

Look up and around at the architecture.
Victorian splendour that can be easily missed. It’s a functional station. Escalators and clear boards. Platform entrance can be very crowded at times. Selection of shops and the very decadent champagne bar. The 2023 Christmas tree thing….. book shelves is a bit odd? Couple of pianos for the budding pianists to knock out a tune. Try not to rush through. Look at the iron work, the riveting and the general construction of the place. Quite a marvel.

    Little messy
It was crowded at this time of the year, but it was predictable. Seemed messy and unorganised, no one around but probably they were around as it was really busy. Difficult to manage with children. Overall safe environment if you know where you are going, otherwise a little confusing. Nice.

    Christmas Book Tree
We came in November and the Christmas Book Tree was stunning. I always like visiting this station because of the food on offer, varied and to suit all needs. The piano for people to play which adds a lively atmosphere. The tree this time though was the best bit.

An iconic station worth visiting, even if you're not travelling. You might just spot a celebrity playing the piano. ;-)
We had to be here 6:45am to meet our tour group to catch the Eurostar to Brussels. We got there 6:30am and there was busyness as shops opened and started serving customers. Someone was playing a piano which honestly was a little too much at that hour on a very cold winter's morning when you only wanted a coffee. M&S Simply Food was already on the trade with people picking up breakfast, fruit and stocking up on supplies for the trains. It was clean with proper directional signs and good washroom facilities. This is an iconic station and definitely worth a visit, even if you're not travelling. Celebrities are known to just show up and play the piano including Alicia Keys, Rod Stewart, Jools Holland and Elton John in recent months.

    Stunning station
The physical structure that is St Pancras station is quite stunning. That arched roof is a thing of architectural & engineering beauty. Lots of food & beverage choices and, for its size & the sheer number of people moving through it, relatively easy to navigate.

Having decided on a two night break in Paris, we assumed that Eurostar would be a quick and relaxing way to travel. We we wrong. The scrum at St Pancras involved a 90 minute queue for security and passport control. We have resolved to revert to flying in future

St Pancras station is one of my favourite station, not only its old style building with new veneration modern facilities but also the central location and verity activities inside the station and also around the area are so colourful, lively and have multi choices. From eating, shopping, to just relaxing and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, snacks and proper meals..
The station linked with International trains to Europe as well as Eurostar directly cross the sea to France.

I encountered an imbecile staff member (on the barriers wearing a cap) at St Pancras Station on 4 April 2021 at approximately 6pm (Platform A and B) My train route did not stop at West Hampstead Station due to engineering works. As a result I had to travel further away from my destination into St Pancras station only to travel back to West Hampstead. This fool reported my ticket was invalid and questioned why I hadn’t travelled to Mill Hill Broadway (where my first train terminated) and travel on a replacement bus. I paid for a train service not a bus service! This gent was extremely rude and obnoxious. Lack of interpersonal skills and needs additional training. Ironic he is in a customer facing role. I requested his name which he refused to provide. I therefore recorded a video footage, displaying his face that I’m happy to provide on request. His team leader was a lovely lady. I believe her name was Harpal. She was terrific. Outstanding service from her

While it may look nice, the station was overcrowded, confusing and utter chaos trying to get to the train. Between security and customs it was a pure nightmare. It must have been the witching hour because everyone was clammering to get to their train, Once we finally got past security, the local attendants seemed confused as to which gate was where and what track to go to. It is a limited train schedule;how confusing can it be? Not enough waiting area seating. No amenities. Inconsiderate travelers. Never again!

The train stations boards are horrific and hard to read, the website gave us the wrong platform, there were no Marshals or any people to notify us that the platform had changed. The platform for our train had changed a maximum of 5 minutes before our train was due, once we were already at the platform. There should be someone waiting at the original platform or a screen to tell you the platform has changed. We were left to no knowledge we were on the wrong platform resulting in us boarding the wrong train, our tickets were then checked by the staff of the train and nothing was said even though they would’ve clearly seen our tickets were not the ones for the train we were on. In conclusion a terrible experience.

This is a review of the station itself rather than those who work there, which I personally had no issues with. It was the first time I had used the Eurostar and I very much hope it won't be the last. It really is very easy and much more convenient than flying - no 2 hour check in and no restrictions on liquids to worry about! The terminal is really well sign posted and there are loads of catering outlets to choose from before you go through, most of which offer at some semblance of decent gluten free food. I travelled during the time last summer when things were briefly open again, but even so, a lot of the other non catering outlets were still closed. I guess that has changed now though.

The station itself is beautiful - almost a work of art and certainly a work of engineering and architecture, best experienced and seen when you depart from the Eurostar on arrival back in the UK .

thanks so much to the staff who saved 200 pounds for a careless student who missed the train.

I was going to take an 11 am Eurostar to Rotterdam, but I didn’t know what my stupid brain worked, and it made me think I needed to be fifteenth minutes early to the gate. I had to buy another one to make sure I would not waste my hostel three nights and my return as well. However, the price for another in the afternoon is too high and costs me like 200 pounds. I was desperate because that was too much for me. Either it almost cover all the cost of my trip, or I just simply gave up this time to save extra 200 pounds.

However, the staff were extremely kind to send me a ticket at 6 and told me to make sure to read the instructions on my ticket and don’t rely on my memory. I was almost crying and thanks to their warm hearts. Wish them have a good day for every moment.

St Pancras Station is the most beautiful international train station that I’ve ever seen. Opened in 1868, it was built to connect London to all the major cities in UK & Europe. The 4 main services from the station include the Eurostar, East Midlands Railway, Southeastern & ThamesLink.

Victorian architecture at its best, the station is open 24 hours & has transformed with many shops, cafes & restaurants. The Queen’s favourite shop, Fortnum & Mason is also available in the finely restored building. Some of my favourite shops like Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Ted Baker, Boots, Kate Spade & L’Occitane are enough to make me smile. We stopped by John & Lewis. Though smaller in size, they have a nice selection of everything. Best of all, there’s a Pret A Manger & M&S Simply Food store. We did our groceries before returning to our Air B&B that night. Free WiFi is also available throughout the train station.

My friend & I walked slowly admiring the international train station & the architecture after sending off her son. Never have I seen a combination of history & modernisation in any train station. The huge clock was a showstopper on its own. Would definitely come back happily.

We went to see the Eurostar terminal and had a drink on the concourse. The architecture is amazing. No wonder it has been awarded the best station in Europe. There is a nice bar and Carlucci restaurant on the upper floor and downstairs you have a range of shops and eateries. It is all bright, clean and modern and the interior is awesome - worth a look even if you are not going anywhere.

Of the 3 international railway stations we experienced on a recent trip, St. Pancras was the best - many good food/coffee options for a long layover. Options after the security check were also good. Signage was very clear, and the station is well organized. On a very cold day, there could be more warm locations to sit during a layover.
