I just saw a review below and it was talking about sitting at a table waiting for service. I have done that before when I had never been in a London Pub. You go up to the bar and order and pay. No one comes...More

I had been to this place in December 2011. This place on weekend is usually very crowded. I loved the fish and chips ad beer here!

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast after a long overnight flight. It was exactly what we needed! The food was great and the staff were very attentive. We will definitely go there again if we're ever back in the city.

A lovely pub very centrally located. To eat you need to book. The food was good and typical English pub food.

Spent Friday and Saturday night here and the place never dissapoints. Great atmosphere always someone willing to share a joke over a few beers. This place is the best value for food and drink anywhere in London. Can't wait to go back.

Famous pub but needs a management overhaul. Could have been so much better. Areas seen by us, the customer, were cluttered with cleaning materials. The lighting was poor. Don't be fooled by the name this could be any poor quality London pub. Try somewhere else.

I was here back in 2013, but my experience back then was basically a pub that was incredibly crowded (as was the case with most pubs back then, especially since it was freezing outside) and striking up a conversation with a lovely French woman. Anyway,...More

With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized
lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is

I doubt it. When I visited everyone was having sit down meals only. Try fishworks if you want excellent takeaway fish and chips. £10 and not that far away.
