There's a world of enjoyment at Battersea Park Children's Zoo. From feeding the farm animals, spying on the meerkats in the secret lookout, children will have hours of fun. With monkeys, snakes, pigs, donkeys, ring tailed lemurs, parrots, rabbits, emu, chipmunks, coati, wallabies and chickens, plus a fun-packed adventure playground with a real tractor and fire engine, it's a great family day out.

Fun at the zoo

Had a great time at the zoo even though it was a damp day. Children loved seeing all the different animals and we will return again.

This zoo is a children's paradise! I actually ignored the name and went with one other adult and although we were the only people there without children we actually had a really good afternoon watching the fantastic collection of small animals! I just really wish my mum had known about this place when I was a child because the play... More

It's good for the kids there. Large sandpit with water to play in, toys cars to ride around, climbing ropes, slides, and a bug play firecrackers to go in. Lots to keep the kids busy like at a big park, but also with all the animals. The animal selection isn't amazing from an adult view, but for the little kids... More

Hi all I had some visitors with yang kids from abroad and they could only meet around victoria station. I checked that the bus 44 goes straight to Battersea Park so we could visit their small zoo too. We were very surprised how lovely it was. They have many tiny animals there which is sweet but they also have great... More

We paid around £21 for a disabled child and carer and another adult and child. Being half term there was badge making so we headed there first. The kids had a great time making theirs and then got to listen to storytime. Afterwards we went for a wander around the zoo. It's not large but there's a whole range of... More

After strolling through beautiful Battersea Park we arrived at the Children's Zoo. There was a variety of animals to entertain our son. The cafe was well well-stocked with a selection of foods for adults and children. The facilities were very clean and tidy. There is also an amazing adventure playground for children with slides, swings,a climbing castle, climbing fire engine,... More
