We did a NY Real Tour a couple years ago and, when planning a London trip, we were sure Real London was the place to go. Our guide was Charley, and she was really good at guessing what we would like to see. We were first-timers in town, and we love music. So we saw the change of the guard in Buckingham, visited an old-style pub, had a proper english tea, gone to legendary Abbey Road, tasted some awesome veggie lunch and finished our tour at the punky Camden Town. She also helped us getting tickets for a show, gave a good list of references and nice places to visit and we finished our tour with the wonderful feeling of having a new friend!

A few years ago we did a Real New York tour and loved it. So when we decided to visit London, we booked a Real London tour. It was a first time visit to London for our kids. We were able to tailor our tour with our guide (Charley - she's terrific!) before arrival. Charley met us at our hotel on a Saturday morning and we spent the rest of the day with her and she knows the city like the back of her hand. She had plotted out our day ahead of time (and reviewed it with us). We rode the Tube and a double decker bus during our tour, using Oyster cards, which Charley also helped us with. I feel like we saw everything and then some. Additionally, she gave us some tips on things to do the previous day - this way we were able to spend a great afternoon at the Tower of London, followed by a delicious dinner in Brick Lane. Our tour covered tons of history, with a little Harry Potter flair thrown in. We even had lunch at an authentic London pub and ended with gelato at the Borough Market. This was a perfect fit for our family, and since we were only in London for a day and half, this was a great way to see lots of London without wasting time trying to figure out maps and such. I highly recommend Real London Tours. Ask for Charley - if we haven't booked her first!

After being highly impressed with "Real New York Tours" two years ago, we decided to book a tour with this sister company in London. They did not disappoint! Charley, our guide was highly knowledgeable about her hometown and really fun and easy to be with. Before the tour, we sent her a list of attractions that we wanted to see and things that we wanted to do and she arranged the rest. She picked us up at our hotel as scheduled and from there she showed us how to use the Tube as we navigated our way through London. She helped us choose a good place for lunch (and dessert) and even arranged for tickets for us to see a stage show! I can't see enough positive things about Real London Tours and Charley. It's worth every pound. If you want to get a comprehensive snapshot of London, this is the best way to do it.

This was my second time using "Real" tours. NYC last year and London Dec 2014. They have great guides that are knowledgeable and entertaining. I have kids of challenging ages to tour and learn: 16,13 an 9. They love the guides and learn a ton. I can't recommend them enough. Charlie was our guide in London and Lawrence in NYC.

We really enjoyed our day with Fabrizio. He packed a lot in and volunteered extra time at the end of the day to ensure we saw it all! His tour gave us the confidence to find our way around London to explore the different areas further. Fabrizio is very easy to get along with and has a great knowledge of the history which he explained well and engaged our teenage girls too. Loved discovering the small things about London - like good coffee spots, street art and the stories behind areas and buildings that we would of missed if we didn’t cruise around with Fabrizio. Thanks for arranging a great guide for our tour. We always recommend 'Real New York Tours' to our friends travelling to NYC and now we can add 'Real London Tours' for a must do for a London visit. We are back to reality in Melbourne now but inspired after our travels. Thanks to Fabrizio for being part of our inspiration!
