Brunswick is located in Russell Square and filled with outdoor dining venues, shops you may be familiar with and some small boutiques as well. Grab coffee, pastries, sushi, gluten free goodies, cosmetics, shoes and much much more. The marketplace is large with a gorgeous center space for sitting quietly, enjoying conversation, even people watching in peace. Keep an eye open... More

A lovely space to walk or sit. A beautiful London Square. Features a water spray (not always switched on) in the centre. There is a new pagoda style walkway. Also features a cafe

I was in London for a seminar/conference; in the morning i had coffee at Costa, during lunch i stroll around, sat on the bench, read and chill. So much... More

Russell Square is a great part of London with an extensive choice of hotels and restaurants in the area. The Square itself is nice for a relaxing sit down with the squirrels :)

Located just around the corner from the British Museum, Russell Square offers you a chance to sit down and take a break. There are extensive grassy areas as well as a central plaza with year-round cafe.

Not like the big parks but a beautiful green space, big enough to make it a little haven of green with a nice fountain in the centre. Great place to wander, read a book or sit in the sun (when there is some :-)

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
