This place is just a bit odd. There are more sales staff than customers, the clothes are really at the edge of fashion and the clientele are obviously fabulously wealthy (and still have no fashion sense). So this all makes for a very odd experience....More

Harvey Nichols is just down the road from Harrods, both are regarded as luxury, more so than say John Lewis, and definitely a higher grade to places like Dedenhams and Frasers. I just went in to get some Fenty beauty products, so I didn't actually...More

Harvey Nichols really needs to get its thing in order. The supposedly luxury service is a joke. The staff is extremely snob and unhelpful. Whenever I buy something there, it comes packed like it had shopped at sainsbury's (although I am not sure at the...More

Situated close to Harrods this place as you would expect is expensive, still worth a look around, the food court is superb.

Oh dear Harvey Nics. You are resting on your laurels. Outrageous prices for a coffee & glass of wine. Chefs wandering about clearly finishing a shift. For a flagship company you are being left behind by the small independent retailers. I won’t be back.
