Address
Neighborhood: Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
How to get there

What has happened to menswear?
May 2021 • Solo
What a disaster menswear is. The basement part has been closed for some time, the coffee shop next to the barbers is closed and the clothes on the LG are suited to a rapper from Brixton. They also sell Boss and Moncler which you can get anywhere.

The staff look disinterested.

It used to be somewhere that catered for all ages that wanted to look good. Boss does not make you look good it makes you feel old, and the rest would make others think you are having a mid life crisis unless you are a teenager.

Rubbish service and incompetent. False promises
Oct 2020 • Solo
Terrible customer service and false promises. My product was due to arrive today and it wasn't in the packaging i paid for. Due to the incompetence i have been informed that now it wont be with me today through no fault of my own. Very quick to take money off you but not as quick to deal with any errors. Will categorically say this isnt the last on this matter .

Buyers Beware.
Oct 2020
If I could leave a 0 star rating I would.
I bought a coat 3 weeks ago.
It cost over £1,500 and Iv still not got the coat Iv been charged for.
5 customer service assistants have emailed me the same email asking for my phone number which I gave each and everyone of them.
Still no thing has been done.
All Customer service’s say is we have forward’d your number on to Knightsbridge store, who already have my number.
Total shambles, there not bothered about sorting the problem out at all.
Not worth buying anything from HN.
I’m almost sure if Saks and Potts knew the level of service HN don’t give to customers buying there garments they would be horrified.

Worst customer experience imaginable
Sep 2019 • Couples
One is too high! My husband visited the store in January 2019 on a break after receiving some bad news... we entered the store and spoke to a sales person about some perfume. We were intending on going upstairs to get a coffee on the top floor and headed for the escalator. It was then that I saw an older security man hopping around a pillar and signalling to a very tall security guard in a dark suit. The security man followed us up every escalator to the top. It was unreal! So obvious. I am still upset about it. We have Northern Irish accents but have lived in England for 20 years. We weren’t badly dressed and looked reasonably smart but had trainers on the get around in foot.

I always loved HN in Manchester. I guess we were stereotyped possibly because of our Irish accents. I really can’t think of another reason. We continued to go and have our coffee but left after that. I was so dumbstruck. It ruined my whole trip to London. It is the first time in my life I’ve felt like you could be locked up for no reason.

Decent experience
Jul 2020 • Friends
Went as I haven’t been shopping in ages and want to treat myself. The shop itself had a wide variety of menswear and well known designers which I liked. However I found the organisation of the shop and items to be confusing and found myself lost. The items for each brand were limited and there weren’t many items. Average experience.

ELEMIS ADVANCE FACIAL WITH MANDY!!!THE MOST AMAZING FACIAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! please read on...
Mar 2020 • Solo
WOW my skin looks the best it’s ever looked ...And it’s with great thanks I credit it to Mandy at Elemis for Harvey Nichols and the Advance Facial they have to offer... its more than just a Facial. ...Firstly after a detailed analysis of your skin type and what the focus will be ( mine is hydration) you’re pleasantly whisked up to five to a tranquil Space where Mandy explains the full treatment and makes sure you feel completely relaxed, comfortable and looking forward to the hour ahead. You settle into a Massage lounger which is state of the art and unbelievably almost better than the best human Masseuse and is an added bonus to the actual Facial experience. Mandy gives her full attention to your personal experience, takes her time, chats if you want to chat, quiet if you want some quiet time... she engages with her Client... it’s an incredibly Hollistic journey and on another higher level. Being a very particular Client who enjoys my beauty treatments when I can peel myself away from work, from New York, LA and Paris, Mandy at Elemis for Harvey Nichols London reigns supreme ( to add she’s the loveliest Therapist one could wish for. ) I’ll definitely be booking another treatment with Mandy again very soon. PLEASE GO & ENJOY 🙏🏽 YOU’LL LOVE EVERY SECOND OF IT!

Bottomless prosecco afternoon tea
Feb 2020
Honestly can't thank the team enough! They made my mums birthday lunch so special and i genuinely couldn't have asked for more from them. We came here following a show at the RAH for the bottomless afternoon tea. It was so tasty and plentiful and the prosecco really is bottomless! However, what made it amazing was the staff - they were super friendly and attentive and made you feel so welcome. They knew it was my mums birthday so they gave her a macaron with a candle and sang happy birthday to her. I wish i got the names of all of the staff we spoke to as they certainly deserve recognition, but unfortunately, this is what happens when you have bottomless prosecco :) I did however manage to get one name which was Miska who was amazing from the minute we spoke to her. A massive thank you to everyone, my mum had an amazing time and so did I. I will definitely be returning.
