The location was pretty boring and there were really no merchandise of interest to us. We were in and out in about 10 minutes.

recently ordered several items which were totally "off" in sizing. over large, over long and just downright weird. my husband, my aunt, my sister have all experienced same problems in recent months...maybe they need to improve quality control? our polite, factually accurate but poor ratings given in reviews were all rejected!!!! how pathetic is that when a store is selective... Whilst visiting London I regularly visit this store. It has a very comprehensive range of products, the store is well laid out and easy to find your way around. My only negative comment would be that the ladies toilets on the top floor are really a disgrace. The smell as you enter is disgusting and the floors invariably need cleaning.... More

Is this the new way to spell Austin Reed I wanted a bespoke suit and remembered that M&S Finsbury Pavement used to have this service, so I phoned. After speaking to 3 people I was told that they didn't, but the service was available at Stratford. Again it took 3 people to realise that they also did not! They promised... More

While staying at the Oxford Street Hostel, I ate most breakfasts and some lunches from the M&S Food hall. A granola square, banana, yogurt, OJ, water and a muffin, and sandwich for lunch later on. All for about 6 pounds, or about $11 CDN cheaper and healthier.

This place is huge and one of the biggest M&S in London. I had an issue and need urgent accessories and lucky me i'm not far from Mayfair. In & out within 20 minutes and quick Taxi back to Heathrow Airport

We purchased a sofa and when it arrived it was faulty. We then asked for it to be collected and removed - after much hassle it was removed. However 6 weeks after we asked for a refund we still have not received our money back. It is appalling that we have to beg M&S to get our money back and... More

Have always loved M&S. Their quality is always the best, yet prices are within reach. Nowadays they have nice varieties and new designs. Its a pleasure to shop there.

I'm in Paris for the week, and decided to go to London for a day for some shopping and sightseeing. I went to M&S for some shoes, and in the process of picking them up and trying them on must have left my phone somewhere. About five minutes later, I realized it and absolutely panicked. I've got business meetings later... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
