Groupon - Fuyons !!!

En mars de cette année, nous avons acheté via le site GROUPON un séjour d'une journée à Londres d'un montant de 59€ par personne (3 personnes). Les conditions mentionnées sur le site de GROUPON se sont avérées fausses lors de la confirmation 48h avant le départ (alors que sur le site GROUPON, nous étions sensés déjà recevoir la convocation 1 semaine avant le départ). Départ de Lille à 2h00 du matin, arrivée à Calais à 4h45. Embarquement. Arrivée à 9h15 à Londres pour un retour à 20h30 de Londres pour embarquement sur le ferry à 0h30. Arrivée à Calais le dimanche à 3h du matin. Comptez encore 2h de voiture pour rentrer à Lille. L'enfer ! Aussi, surtout n'achetez plus sur GROUPON car nous avons perdu nos 177 euros. Et la qualité de l'accueil laisse vraiment à désirer, dommage. Pour ma part, je fuis définitivement GROUPON

achat billet par Vol24 = anarque

Une grosse arnaque : Vous achetez un billet AR +une option de modification + une option VIP.
Le billet aller est utilisé. Mais pour le retour, je demande une modification de la réservation car j'ai un problème.
Voici ce que Vol 24 me répond :
Il fallait, avant d’effectuer le vol aller, changer la date du retour = c'est-à-dire déjà savoir qu’on va être dans l’impossibilité d’utiliser le billet retour à la date prévue !!!!! A moins d’être Madame Soleil, dites-moi comment faire ??? A quoi servent les 2 options achetées !
Vol 24 m'a renvoyé vers Air France qui assurait le vol. J'ai perdu mon billet. Visiblement, ce n'était pas la 1ère fois que ce problème a lieu.
