Good food, good company and good result
Feb 2020
Visited Chelsea FC for the Manchester United game with some friends over from Malta, was afforded the luxury of the Hollins Suite, the setting is great with plenty of loyal supporters from both sides.

The staff are so good, friendly courteous and very good at entertaining, we had some lovely wines and really excellent food, fish platter to start and I had lobster and prawn tagliatelle which was superb, followed by really nice deserts.

Snacks and drinks at half time and a nice cheese platter to finish with after the game.
We had excellent seats, out of our control it was two really poor sides battling for a win and Manchester United did it 0 – 2, so we were happy.

I attend regularly although a United supporter as the hospitality is so good and I am very well looked after, thanks you.

Matchday at the museum
May 2019 • Couples
I visited as a couple for the 5th May watford game. First of all the game got rescheduled from saturday the 4th to Sunday the 5th which was a bit of inconvenience but got emailed about the reschedule about 2 weeks before and was kept updated. On arrival at 9am the hosts at the entrance was very talkative and was happily having a conversation with us which was good. When we got taken in it was a bit awkward as there were 4 members of staff holding 2 baskets of breakfast muffins it puts you off really you don't need that many also the coffee machine was nice and only one member of staff on that which was needed. The museum was really good and I would recommend for tourists of London or fans of Chelsea. We then went on a tour around the stadium with host Peter? Peter was a very good host very funny and knew a lot about the stadium we went on the tour around 10am. I was expecting a longer tour but because it was matchday maybe that's why. After this we went back to the museum and then other small groups of people were called to have their tours. Lunch was served nd again there was 2 members of staff on each station(there was 2 stations one with beef burgers which was really nice and another with chicken stewers and wedgies. But becuase the staff were serving you I felt a bit let down as I thought it was a buffet and could take what I wanted. Fair enough with the meat but wedgies? and staff were even serving you sauce!? I think it was too much less staff was needed and guests should help themselves. When having lunch there wasn't enough tables in the museum so we sat in the little video area with a couple of other people. I think tables should have names on so everyone can have a seat. We was then waiting for the stations to change to puddings but that didn't happen and when leaving I saw little pudding pots on the thales so someone had obviously walked around with pudding and gave them out to people at the tables but did not go in the seating area with the video! This was disappointing. In terns of drinks The beverages were really good there was 2 stations of drinks with beer and soft drinks and water and orange and apple juice. It would be nice if they served cider too. Around 12:45 we was told the museum was closing and to make way to the stadium to watch the players walm up. We then left and when exiting the lift everyone got a gift(we was giving programs each in the museum). The gift was a Chelsea scarf and was really nice. Overall we had a really good day but the food was a bit of a let down due to the amount of staff and not having a table to sit at in the museum .

Amazing Experience - Thank you Clifford
Oct 2018 • Couples
We booked the Blues Dining Package for the Chelsea FC v Manchester United Match in Oct-18 and the entire experience has been awesome - thanks to Mr. Clifford Pile. He was prompt in replying to my mails / calls / queries.
Deal included 2 west end seats - great seats and lunch buffet included and a special gift from the Club.
This has by far been one of the best experiences of my life.
I would highly recommend to get in touch with him if you need to watch a match at Stamford Bridge.

A great start to match day
Sep 2018
I didn't even really know that I got this pre-match package when I bought my tickets on StubHub! A great surprise in all areas, from atmosphere, to quality of food and drinks to a bit of Chelsea swag. Friendly service to boot. I'd do it again.

Chelsea vs West Ham April 17
Apr 2018
I had missed out buying general tickets for this game when they originally went on sale and couldn't afford hospitality tickets but managed to pick up a last minute deal on the day using viagogo for a 1/3 of the normal price and we had a fantastic day. The waiters are attentive, food and drink were really good and plentiful with welcoming platters and menus, half time drink and snack and a fullt-ime drink and large cheese platter. I'm not a soccer fan myself but enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely do it again and my son was estatic even though the game was a draw :)

Expensive but worth the price
Dec 2017 • Family
Taking family of 4 to a Chelsea game means the only way I can guarantee we all sit together is to get the Matchday Dining Packages.

The package is expensive but consider there are no alternatives to take a large party to a Chelsea game, and the buffet lunch is good value as it is an open bar.

The atmosphere is excellent, even my son says "it is so much better than on TV!".

This is a full day activity.

UTB lounge hospitality
May 2017 • Couples
I would have preferred the bronze package but as that was sold out, I booked the UTB lounge.
It was good from the point of view, it is smart casual, so more of a relaxed atmosphere but since the bronze package is the same amount, I'm not sure why you get more on it?

I had higher expectations of the food, I was disappointed with the lack of choice and quality. The food from the small food bar consisted of; hot dogs, with onions and what looked like sloppy joe toppings and fries, a lettuce salad covered in pesto, coleslaw, some bacon bits and puffy pork scratching - none of which took my fancy and tasting it didn't improve my desire for it. A piece of boneless fried chicken with a chilli dip was brought around to the tables, followed by a mini burger.
I wouldn't say there was enough food and certainly not enough choice.

You can go back for an hour after the match, which the meagre food offerings (from what I could tell from the remains - having taken maybe 10 mins after the match to get there) were some sort of sausage roll, olives and feta, nuts and breadsticks

Also I would have expected there to be enough seats for everyone that booked. Apparently 300 were expected but there are only 175 seats, I don't think the full 300 turned up before or after the match though, so it was ok but you still need to expect to share a tiny bar stool table with strangers, despite there not actually being enough space for your plates.

Also, after the match we went back...missing the snacks that are on the few tables and apparently no more and almost at the hour, my husband was very rudely told to leave, even tho we still had time and I was trying to get bottles of water before the bar closed - which I failed to do, as they apparently didn't have any left.

The seats to watch the match are quite high, comfortable and you get a good view of the match. Half time drinks were easy to get, once the attendant noticed we were part of a hospitality package and we got sent to the front of the queue (designated server it seems for the package).

Overall, I was quite disappointed with what you get for how much it costs.... the bottomless beers and wine don't make up for the meagre food offerings and rude staff. And had everyone turned up, I think it is really bad that there wouldn't be enough seating for everyone.

Awesome father and son trip
Jan 2017 • Family
Purchased the Matchday at the Museum package for my 14 year old son and I. He is a huge Chelsea fan, I am not. However, I still found the entire experience worth the travel (from South Florida) and money (£471 for two of us). I booked the package online (In mid October) for the Hull City match on 22 Jan. We arrived at the hospitality window at 11:15 to pick up our package and walked to the museum. We were let in right on time at 11:30 and given a lanyard with a badge that indicated our mini-tour number. We then grabbed some snacks and drinks and my son kicked the ball around in the small court with a few kids. We were called at 12 for our mini tour.

The mini tour consisted of taking us out through the tunnel and pitchside for pictures. We then sat in the stands and our guide Peter, gave us a brief history and answered questions. He was very knowledgeable and witty. After the tour we were taken to the Megastore. Delta Air Lines advertises a 20% discount with your Sky Miles Card but no one there knew anything about it. After the store we walked back to the museum and ate lunch (a Mexican Station and pork sandwich station). We looked at all the exhibits and they had a contest for the kids. We then had an appearance by 4 Chelsea greats (they told us it's usually only two), The most famous (and talkative) being Chopper Harris. They told stories and answered questions for about 20 minutes and then signed autographs. At about 3:15 we were brought over to the stadium and to our seats (West stand block 6) for the warmups. We were given 2 drink tickets each, a program and a box set of a Chelsea portfolio and pen,

It was an outstanding experience (even with it not being my favorite club). Chelsea won 2-0 and my son got to see Diego Costa (his favorite) score. We both got an awesome father and son experience.

Excellent Choice if you're looking for a special match experience
Nov 2016 • Family
I visited the Wise suite last Saturday, with my brother & 2 nephews, to view the Chelsea Spurs match. The venue was very nice & staff ( Jeremy) were excellent. The food & drink choice was very good.

Seats were in the upper west stand, which were fine, not the best but certainly good,

Its not a cheap option but of you want that special experience, i would recommend it
