Awful - unprofessional- tinpot company - like a skit out of carry on - avoid ! Hire a bike instead. All the tour reps do is stand around at bus stops smoking. Think the bosses need to look at other companies who are now out performing them. V sad as big bus used to be the best. Now defo the worst !

Literally so happy we were able to go to London and enjoy being tourists hoping on and off the bus to see all the sightseeing! We went ordered our tickets online and used the app on my iPhone as well which was really helpful and the app told you were the bus was and when it would be arriving - a little bit like Uber eats when your food is on its way! Not all the stops were available due to Covid but the main stops were still available to hop on hop off! We got the 48 hour bus with the river cruise - just unfortunately didn’t want to do the river cruise as it was raining so opted out of that but that was fine! We always use a hop on hop off bus wherever we go as they are the best and easiest way to get around and also we are both abit geeky so we love listening to the tour guide to see what historically happened in the areas! The guide was very modern and up to date and quite funny to be honest which was great! The tour guide Benedict was absolutely amazing could of been anymore helpful! We never did get to go to fortnum & mason but I’m sure that’s an excuse to come back to London now haha! Celebrated the weekend away by getting engaged and literally had the best time! Highly recommend using the bus company to anyone x

The guide Mr Benedict was extremely helpful. We had booked our ticket online and there was a glitch hence we did not receive the ticket but he made sure we found our booking. Ms Ellen also went out to the way to help us. Shows entire London sites and is worth the money. Very nice experience. He also talked about all the places we visited. Very informative and welcoming.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the Big Bus. For most of the journey my friend and I were the only ones on the bus since everything in London is a bit quiet these days. This was a blessing! It meant that we had the brilliant tour guide Tiffany all to oursleves. She was really engaging, and evidently passionate about the history of london from her infectious excitement. Tiffanys knowledge on central london was wide and she managed to answer most of the questions we asked about the buildings we passed by. She also knew all the spots to take the best photos! We got some amazing memories to keep and lots of fun trivia facts. I also recommend going on the bus at sunset time, that was beautiful especially when crossing the river Thames.
