Heaven is a super-club venue, based in London with regular club nights on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday. It's also home to G-A-Y, but always hetrosexual friendly.

Racist venue. Extremely rude and clearly racist bouncers on entry. Let all of our friends who were white inside yet denied me (brown) entry for being too drunk then was told to leave the queue to sober up, clearly an excuse for racism. Other people I saw also being removed put to the side were POC, and as soon as we were put aside another bouncer told us to “get out of their sight”

AVOID at all costs - the door staff are racist and awful. They let 4 white people from my group in and refused entry to my friend who is brown - even though she clearly wasn't drunk, they told her she needed to go and "sober up" and come back in an hour. I tried to point out that she was fine and the door staff barked back at us with rude and sarcastic comments, they definitely seemed to be on a power trip. We even spoke to a couple of the security further down the line and they agreed that my friend was in a perfectly fine state to be let in. This is so disgraceful and completely unexpected for what is supposed to be an accepting venue. We will never be coming back

Discriminatory and abusive staff - absolutely disgusting for a place that claims to be LGBTQ+ friendly. Avoid at all costs. Better places in the whole world if you want to not live in an all all exclusive world (like every other queer club). I have filed a complaint with the police about the staff’s behaviour.

0/5, worst possible clubbing experience you could ever expect in anywhere in the world. Door staff super rude and reject people entry as they wish, also super racist and get physically arrested, plenty people have been beaten by them for no reason. After u get in, venue super old, super long queue and the bartender will only serve who they flirt with, the music is just regular pop music, not even remixed.

Security on the door need a reality check. Tried getting in last night to only be told it’s “regular guests only” - even though the group behind us who we’d been talking to in the line said it was their first time and were allowed in.
Security then got verbally aggressive, taking pictures of us just because we asked for reasoning. Not on.

Avoid this club especially as a woman, door staff are rude, and get physical with customers unprovoked. I was waiting outside the club for a friend and witnessed a drunk girl waiting outside, a man came out of the club claiming to be her friend even though she said she didn't know him, the staff just let him grab her and walk away. Luckily I told a welfare officer who went after them, but the door staff did not care about her safety at all. When my friend came out of the club she hadn't got her coat from the cloak room which had housekeys in, and the door staff wouldn't let her back in even when she showed them her ticket and bank statement, and physically pushed her to the street. Again the welfare officer stepped in to collect her coat for her. (Judging by the other reviews I'm not alone in this experience)

I was leaving heaven last night and a bouncer followed me down the street and tried to physically assault me. I was not even on their property. Honestly this place needs to fix up or get shut down.

Safe place for the gays? Probably nah. Honestly you're probably better off going any other place in London tbh. This is a weird one...
The bouncers are able to discriminate against anyone they want to - you might be able to get in if you fit their criteria (whatever that is). But many people will not be allowed entry.
Equality legislation makes it unlawful to refuse entry on the grounds of race, religion, sex or sexual orientation and disability amongst other things... but Heaven manages to break that rule, on the grounds they can dismiss anyone for being "too drunk"
Heaven isn't an organisation for the LGBTQ+ community - Heaven is exclusive, rather than inclusive.

If I could rate this place 0 I would, not only do they let in literal pedofiles but they discriminate against people who are Asian.. the only people who were getting kicked were Asian, the bouncers have some serious power dynamics and need to be assessed. Although this is meant to be a safe space it has left a massive gap for discrimination against people who are East asian and I feel like this needs to be discussed. This is no safe space this is the opposite

There's no dress-code per se, so you should be fine with trainers. However, the door staff here are well known for arbitrarily turning people away for all sorts of spurious reasons, mainly on the pretext of 'being too drunk', so whilst I think trainers will be fine, be aware of how you present yourself at the door.

For Heaven the nightclub, it’s 18+ with government issued photo ID.
For events and gigs, the organisers will give the minimum age on their listings.

Welcome to London, unless you have valid ID that is going to guarantee you enter then you can do either.
But you would have a better time at GAY late bar. If you do still want to go to Heaven I hope your prepared for it. Everyone’s experience is different but I have never enjoyed it there. Save you time and enjoy Soho area instead. Loads of bars, loads of fit guys and a much better experience. Check out the Village bar and The Yard. If your a smoker it’s not much fun. GAY and GAY late Is amazing. If your too drunk and get to Heaven they will BREATHALYSER YOU!! And if your too drunk, not gay looking or they just do t want you to get in they will deny you entry. Enjoy London, stay safe and Good luck newbie.

The only other ID we can accept is a PASS logo photo ID. These are available for under £20 online. If the passport isn’t too out of date, we can look at that if you’re clearly over 25. Thanks.
