After delicious hot chocolate and pastry at Sketch, we visited 5 chocolate shops and had superb chocolates at each. Our guide Jennifer was very knowledgeable and interesting and gave a fascinating insight into the history and production of chocolate and the history of Mayfair and Soho and its chocolate shops. By the end of the tour we were, as promised,... More

My partner and I very much enjoyed our chocolate and coffee tour of Notting Hill with Jennifer. We learned something new -- and tried several delicious things! -- at each stop and enjoyed the company of our tour companions, too. Jennifer is knowledgable and laid back and made sure everyone was happy and comfortable along the way.

This chocolate tour was a new experience for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was informative and fun, Louise, our guide, obviously enjoyed sharing her passion of chocolate with us and made us taste a variety of flavours in 4 different shops around Chelsea. I don't think I would have been as adventurous in my choice of flavours on my... More

Me and my partner went on this tour a few weeks ago and were most impressed! Our guide Natasha was excellent and we both had a really good time. For any foodie this tour is a must you'll be surprised at how much there is to know about chocolate and you'll get to try all sorts of amazing treats.

Thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream tour of London, mostly near Leicester Square, led by the lovely Natasha today. Not too much walking and plenty of opportunities to stop and rest. Our 3 children aged 8 years to 13, loved trying all the different flavours at 5 different parlours. Nearly 30 different flavours were sampled including, pistachio, fennel, avocado, basil and... Recently took my teenage daughter and her friend on this tour as part of a Christmas treat. We all loved it and found it a quirky but really interesting way to spent three hours on a tour that was half general interest about Soho/Mayfair etc and half chocolate. Chocolate first. The tour starts with an hours chat about the history... More

We took four 14 year olds on this excellent tour as a birthday celebration for my chocoholic daughter. We all loved it, Jen was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional, we all learned a lot about the making of and the tasting of chocolate. The tour is really well planned, and the girls (and us) loved learning more about the local... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
