    Legends Tour
We did the Legends tour on Saturday with the brilliant Charlie George. I booked it as a birthday gift for my partner who is a huge arsenal fans but hates birthdays. He was a little dubious before we went, however when we got there he loved it! Charlie was amazing, it made the tour listening to his stories. I am so glad we did the legends tour over the self guided version for me it was so worth the money. Can’t recommend enough!
Thank you so much for the review. We're pleased to hear that you and your partner had an amazing time on our Charlie George Legend's Tour. We will pass on the positive feedback to Charlie and thank you for the recommendation you have made also. Kind regards, Kane

    A must do!
This tour was on my son’s list for our London trip. We all decided to go! It was amazing! I am not a huge football fan but still had a fabulous time. The tour is well organized and lots of fun. Seeing the happiness on my sons face made it all worthwhile. The stadium is spectacular and we will definitely be back to watch a match this time! Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for the review. We're delighted to hear that you had an amazing time at the Emirates Stadium. We are pleased to hear that the tour felt organised with lots of fun, and delivered expectations. We look forward to welcoming you and your son back to watch a game in the future! Kind regards, Kane

Lot of history to see including museum
My wife and I did the Emirates Stadium and Museum tour recently. It was very well done and I learned a lot of things I did not already know. You get to see a lot including locker room, manager office, hosting areas plus the pitch. There are hosts along the way ready to answer your questions. You end in the museum which was very well done. I liked they tried to keep pieces of their prior stadium including art deco touches. We are not Arsenal fans but highly recommend to check it out.
Thank you for the review. We're very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the Tour at Emirates Stadium. We will pass on the positive comments made to our Tour Hosts and are glad that you also enjoyed the Museum. We hope to see you again soon. Kind regards, Kane

We had to rush but quality visit
Self guided tour we managed to rush in an hr but you prob want longer to enjoy the owners box, team rooms, stadium. Couldn’t stand on pitch bc repairing post season June but stood right next. Young tour attendants cheerfully added their own stories if asked- very helpful.
Thank you for your lovely review, we are delighted to hear you enjoyed your experience at Emirates Stadium. Unfortunately, we are unable to let supporters on the pitch regardless of renovations, but offer a great vantage point from the dugout. It is also great to hear our tour hosts added to your experience, we will pass on the positive feedback to them. Kind Regards, Harry

Enjoyable (even for a ManU fan :) )
We took our 9 year old on his birthday to tour the Emirates stadium. The tour is decently laid out and the audio guide helps learn a lot about Arsenal history. A couple of things did disappoint us though: 1) Before we bought the tickets, we were not told that a couple of the places were closed (dugout and player tunnel) and 2) Due to some technical glitch, our photos were never delivered to the photo desk which meant we could not purchase the photos with the trophies. What made it even worse was the person at the front desk then offered to "give" my son a photo of a professional player, which made him very excited, and then told us that we would have to pay for it. I hope Emirates can train their staff to better communicate with their guests.
Hi Harshad, thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with a couple aspects of the tour. We aim to have any area closures visible on the website as far in advance as possible, however due to the working nature of the stadium, we sometimes have to close areas at short notice - regardless, we are sorry that you did not get to access the dugout and players tunnel. We are also sorry to hear about your experience with the stadium tour photo, feedback will be passed on to ensure that this does not happen again. Kind Regards, Harry

An awesome way to see behind the scenes of my favourite club
Wow. What an amazing day. We had a legends tour with Perry Groves and it was amazing. We saw and learnt so much about the club and stadium in 2hrs of the tour. Visited all around the ground and the information from Perry was second to none. Also the little quips and funny comments from him were brilliant 👏 Such a fantastic day and we also looked around the museum which was also fantastic and took me back in time to when I was a lad watching the Arsenal. Would happily go again as it was the best experience for proper Arsenal fans old and new. Keep doing what your doing as it made me feel like part of the Arsenal Family 😀🤎👊🫵
Thank you so much for your review! We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your Legend Tour with Perry, as well as your visit to the Museum. Thank you for your support and we look forward to welcoming you back to Emirates Stadium. Kind Regards, Harry

    Definitely get the legends tour!!
Breathtaking stadium. Couldn’t recommend getting the legends tour enough!!! For the extra money it is well worth it. We had Charlie George who was lovely and a proper geezer. Nothing was rushed, the fact you can go back around and enjoy every moment over and over is surreal. The knowledge the staff have about small things like the grass is amazing.
Thank you so much for your kind review, we look forward to welcoming you back to Emirates Stadium in the future. Kind Regards, Harry

    Excellent tour
We went to the Emirates on Sunday for the Legend Tour. Our legend was Charlie George who was brilliant. He was very amusing and knowledgeable. As well as looking behind the scenes, Charlie spent a long time telling us about his career and answering questions. He was also happy to have photos taken with everyone.
Thank you for providing such a lovely review. We look forward to welcoming you back to Emirates Stadium soon. Kind Regards, Harry

    Absolutely Brilliant!
We went on the Arsenal Legends tour with Perry Groves. What can I say, it was absolutely brilliant! Perry is a real legend and is a Gooner through and through. The knowledge he has about the club and the way in which he guides you through the tour is informative at the same time as being funny. I would recommend this tour to anyone that supports Arsenal and even those who don’t, apart from that lot up the road! Thanks Perry for a great tour! I wish you all the best on your journey, you can and will make it!!
Thank you so much for your lovely review, we are delighted to hear you enjoyed your Legend Tour with Perry! Kind Regards, Harry

An incredible experience from start to finish.
I took my partner for his birthday on the legends tour. He's a life long Arsenal fan and he was absolutely blown away with the whole experience. Perry Groves was our guide and his knowledge was second to none. As someone who is not at all in to football I thought I'd be bored but I definitely was not. Perry was funny, and did a really great job of answering questions and his stories were so interesting. I learnt a lot and came away with a bit of a love for the club which is not something I thought I'd ever say. The stadium itself was breathtaking, and the staff were absolute top quality. I have mobility issues and was having a really bad day managing my pain, not wanting to let my partner down I powered on through and although I was struggling alot, staff were on hand to show me towards the lifts which was a real help. We had a wonderful lady called Kelly walking the tour with us. She could clearly see I was struggling, I'm not one to ask for help even when I really need it, but she noticed and next thing I knew she was there with a chair for me to rest on. I've never been so thankful, she is an absolute angel on earth a real credit to you. Not only did my partners dreams come true with this experience, but the kindess and caring nature of Kelly made my time there so much easier. I cannot fault one single thing from the day. It was truly incredible from start to finish, and I can't believe what value for money we got. I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone, I cannot believe what we got for the price we paid. Absolutely incredible!
Thank you so much for your lovely review, we are delighted to hear you enjoyed your Legend Tour with Perry! We will also pass on your kind words to Kelly. Kind Regards, Harry

My wife and I visited the Emirates Stadium tour last week, as a belated birthday treat for her. We have done a number of the stadium tours (including Highbury). From a distance the Emirates Stadium looks very impressive. However up close you can see it is just starting to show signs of wear. I must admit, I do prefer older stadiums/designs which have character. A few statues of ex players around the outside is a nice touch.
Unlike alot of tours, there was no need to book a day or time (however we booked online the day before). We entered the 'Armoury' store to begin our tour. As we entered the shop we was greeted by a member of staff who asked if we would like to go on the tour. This was also repeated while being served at the tils when purchasing items. We did feel it was a little too much to push the tour on customers, but I can understand them doing it. We showed our email at the entrance to the tour and was asked if we would like to upgrade our tickets for a 'legends tour'. Again, it just seemed like they were trying to squeeze a bit more money out of us.
At the beginning of the tour we were given our personal interactive 'tablets'. This is a self guided tour of the stadium which has positives and negatives. Our tablets werent the easiest of things to use and mine kept jumping to random areas of the tour. In the end I gave up with it. The staff around the ground seemed friendly. Nice to see the typical areas of these stadium tours. One of our negatives of the tour was there were a few individuals who hogged popular areas rather than take their photos and then let others take their photos, like on a guided tour ( the players changing room, press/interview room and the dug out areas) . It did spoil it a little as we didnt get all the photos we would have liked from those areas. Others we spoke to on the tour also commented on this. There are a few areas around the tour that have replica trophies that you can have your photos taken with (for a small fee). Again, it seemed like another attempt to get more money out of people....but its to be expected at a tourist attraction.
The biggest disappointment was the museum. If I was to rate this separately I would give it a 2 out of 5. It is housed in what looks like the basement floor of some flats and not well signposted (as its not within the stadium). For a club that has so much history it was very very small compared to other clubs. So much potential missed.
If you have time, take the short walk to the old Highbury Stadium. Although most of it is now flats, they have retained the outside of the stands.

Thank you for the review. We're glad to hear that overall you had a nice time on the tour and appreciate the constructive feedback given. I'm sorry to hear that the process at the front desk felt like us wanting to upgrade your tickets to a different tour. We ask every guest this question just in case they would like to experience a once in a lifetime opportunity with one of our Legend's such as Charlie George, Perry Groves or Nigel Winterburn. Again, I'm sorry to hear that your audio device on the day was faulty. We have tour hosts in every area of the route incase this happens and they are there to ask questions to or take some memorable photographs of you and your party. Additionally, I'd like to thank you for your comments on the Museum, we will investigate this further to enhance the experience to our guests. Kind regards, Kane

As a life long supporter I was super excited to be taking my son on a behind the scenes tour of the Emirates. The price of a ticket was ok. I have been on a few stadium tours, Bayern Munich, Wembley, Stade de France so had seen a few to compare Arsenal. I had even been around Highbury!

The Arsenal tour was good in that context but certainly not the best. Firstly the staff were excellent, and whenever I managed to grab their attention they were super helpful, knowledgable and full of good stories. 5* to all of them. I would have preferred though to have had a personal guided tour rather than a headset and small tablet with information. Secondly, the history of the club doesn't come through strongly enough on a headset tour. A trip like this is about cementing a deep love of the club - so use the time to nail supporters for life, tell anecdotal stories. We should have walked away with deep ingrained feelings and a little bit wiser. The great history of the club is missing on the tour, the museum particularly element was weak and please avoid the hard sell at the end with the photos. It was uncool. One hour with pressure to have photos holding cups isnt long enough - especially with the questions. More could have been done to use physical technology to make parts of the tour more interactive.

So in summary - good but if you go to Bayern (Alliance Arena) you will see and feel an experience that sets apart the best.

We visited on a relatively quiet day and had a fantastic time. All of the staff were so friendly, completely COVID compliant whilst still making us feel safe and at home. Everyone took time to talk to us properly and had a real enthusiasm for the club. We loved spending time with Stephen in the home changing room, where he explained all of the intricate changes that Wenger introduced. We’d highly recommend the tour, the club and the people. Thanks guys

My 10yo son and I did the self guided tour this half term and I cannot begin to describe to you how amazing this was. 4.5hrs it took us to get round the stadium, the shop and the museum (with the obligatory trip to Highbury so I could bore him with my Arsenal antics during the era of Freddie Ljungberg and the Invincibles), my son properly took his time to drink it all in - never seen him so excited and desperate to look at every object in a museum!

Every member of staff was absolutely incredible, hugely helpful, took time to talk to you and make you feel like you were special. They all clearly love the club which made it feel like you were among friends, I hope they read this as it really made all the difference!

The places you see are amazing, you can take as long as you want and it wasn't so crowded that you felt like you could really experience everything and immerse yourself in the atmosphere. From the tunnel, to the dressing rooms, to the stands it really was well worth the bargain price of £45.

If you are thinking of doing this then do not delay, it is just a treat and one we will never forget. COYG!!

I did the museum and the stadium tour. It was very informative and enjoyable. The tour lasted about two hours. Learning about the history of the club and seeing the memorabilia in the museum was worth it. Have a go on the penny mangling machine. It's great fun. You get a free certificate at the end of the tour too.

Went as a family on the self guided tour as a birthday treat for my son. He absolutely loved and I was surprised that even I found it very interesting and enjoyable despite not being an Arsenal fan or football follower. It's great that it's self paced and allows access to most areas of the stadium including executive areas, dressing rooms, players areas etc. The commentary is Good, consice and gets the info across without dragging on. All the staff were really friendly and helpful both at the stadium and museum nearby.

Thanks for your review of Emirates Stadium Tour, couldn't think of a better destination as a birthday gift. Hopefully you not being an Arsenal fan before your visit means that the Gunners now have an additional supporter cheering them on and as you found out, the Tours Team do a great job at having both the history of the club and the visitor welcome at heart. A very special day to walk through the domain of Arsenal football club.

The management are stronger than ever. With Mikel Artetas Aura, alongside a sprinkling of history from Highbury just moments away. With the Highbury clock tower moved and attached to the stadium from the outside.

The fans/staff that I met along my tour, were so accommodating. Living and breathing Arsenal. We discussed, and I think we could have talked all day, maybe even the rest of our lives on the topic.

The feeling you are presented with when walking into the home dressing room, out of the tunnel onto the pitch is a touch of class.

I felt at home when walking through the gates of Arsenal football club.

The fans, staff and players cohesion within the squad, is simply stronger than ever.

With youth coming through the ranks, and a manager which has lived Arsenals history. It makes for one fine spectacle on match day indeed.

God bless Arsenal and all of there community endevours and future success.

Luke Oliver Miller.

Great for an Arsenal supporter but the children we took were underwhelmed. That was because as an Arsenal supporter, for a split second, we could imagine that we were playing in a game. On the other hand, it did not have any appeal for the junior school age children that we took

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review of your Emirates Stadium Tour.
