This was my friend’s and my second Brit Movie tour having very much enjoyed a different tour last year.

Our host / guide Chris was ideal for this Carry On Tour, his knowledge, professionalism and overall hospitality was excellent and complimented well by Michael who drove us to some difficult to access film locations, equally professionally.

The tour lasted nearly 8 hours and we had the pleasure of meeting Valerie Leon at the popular Jolly Woodman country pub used in many well-known films, where we had a fabulous lunch and she also joined us on the coach for some Q&A to the locations by Pinewood Studios. Valerie was very welcoming and generous in signing our mementoes and joining in our groups for some photos, a truly gracious lady with such an impressive CV from an illustrious and enviable career.

My friend and I highly recommend this tour and we are looking forward to another tour during the summer, well done again Brit Movie Tours and thanks to you all including the admin booking team and our fellow attendees who made it such a perfect tour.

We have just been on the full day ‘Peaky Blinders’ tour which started at St George’s Hall Liverpool and stretched as far as Cheshire to take in Arley Hall and other sites in Stockport & Manchester. Our guide was a real entertainer (Gary Friday) and gave us loads of information about the making of the series and characters.
Thoroughly enjoyed it and the day flew by. Would definitely recommend this for fans of the show

Fantastic tour and excellent value for money! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went on the Gavin & Stacey Tour in Barry on the 30th July and there was never a dull moment! There was so much packed into the few hours we had with ample time for questions and pictures.

Special thank you to Carrie from Barry 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 for her impressive knowledge of the show/ area and bubbly personality. Really impressed with wide variety of locations we were able to visit during the tour in Barry - thank you Dave Coaches 🚌.

Thank you to the Brit Movies Tours team for their understanding, communication and understanding during the Covid-19 pandemic, allowing us to move the dates of the tour (to a date of our choosing) until it was safe to do attend.

Everyone went above and beyond, and we couldn’t recommend the tour and Brit Movie Tours highly enough - we have even booked a second tour with them!

Did the Heartbeat tour which was very enjoyable. However allow extra time, we should have been back for 5pm. The guide did say we may be a few minutes late and is there anyone got a train around 5pm. Our train was 6.20pm and we still missed it meaning we had to pay again as the tickets were for a specific time. The bus got lost then a low bridge which it was to high for even though they do this tour frequently.

Call The Midwife..doesn't matter if you are a fan of the series or not this is a fantastic tour on the site of the old Maritime Dockyard at Chatham. Heather, our tour Midwife provided an interesting, amusing and insightful presentation of the BBC series with a nostalgic trip to "Poplar" which was delivered with great passion an enthusiasm. You can visit the Ropeworks which is still producing ropes. On site you can conduct a tour of a retired submarine, battleship, explore the grounds of a redundant maritime site, drink and eat at the numerous cafes. If you have any time left, there is an opportunity for some retail therapy or cinema on the retail park which is within walking distance. It is really well worth the visit.Needs promoting to raise the profile.

Morse, Lewis, Endeavor tour in Oxford was excellent. Leigh was very knowledgeable and a good story teller. We learned a lot about Oxford and we’re able to connect different episodes to sections of the city.

Thank you Gary Friday for really bringing this tour to life.

The tour took us around all the key locations used to film Peaky Blinders & Gary's insider knowledge & anecdotes really brought them to life.

The tour had a good balance of information, clips, fun facts & had a nice balance between time spent on the coach & time at the locations.

A fantastic private tour of the locations used in the best (1995 BBC) Pride and Prejudice production. Very easy to organise and to extend dates as a result of COVID. We were met in Buxton by our wonderful guide Debi who was so knowledgable about (and clearly in love with!) the P&P we both love. Visiting the rock on the moors, Pemberley (actually Lyme Park) and the Inn at Lampton were all unforgettable experiences made so much better by Debi’s commentary and egging us on to re-enact key moments within the Pemberley grounds. As an added bonus (and as the interior of Lyme Park was closed (and despite it not having been used in the BBC production)), Debi took us to Haddon Hall, used for some of the 2005 film shooting but more famously for most of the Jane Eyre productions over the years. I would not hesitate to book another tour through Great British Tours and if we could have Debi as our guide again that would be even better!

Bridgerton Tour and Bath City Highlights with Music
Very well organised tour with a great guide, very knowledgeable and with funny anecdotes.
The headphones system was perfect not to miss any detail from the guide explanations and the music playlist was on point.
My 15 yo daughter and myself really enjoyed the promenade around the ton :-)

Only fools and horses bus tour, Bristol. 2nd Oct 2021. All of the tour was great, so much fun. The tour guide, Bill, was outstanding, full of enthusiasm and unbelievably knowledgeable about the subject. On one of the wettest days so far this side of summer, he made the tour a fun and very memorable one for myself and my friend. 10/10. Thanks to Bill and the coach driver.
