Was quite quiet which is always good. We had 2 for 1 vouchers so made it affordable. We were recommended to visit by friends but I found most of the exhibits pretty average. A lot of the exhibits were models only so not the real thing. Quite interesting but not great.

A great trip for the children, but make sure you get a 2 for 1 or some kind of deal first. The exhibits were great, but my gripe is that, although I bought the photo package for £25-odd, which was supposed to include online access to the photos taken at the venue, which I particularly wanted, the link in the pack does not work. I reported this to Ripleys but had no response, so this was very disappointing.

Went here yesterday and used a 2 for 1 voucher. Must admit it still seemed expensive for what the attraction is, so full price would have been ridiculous. Quite interesting inside - the mirror maze was good fun and generally it keeps you busy for an hour or two.. But is by no means one of the best attractions in London to spend your time in.

We went to visit ripleys yesterday ( mon 2nd oct ) but it was closed? Any ideas why? No info on the door , just paper covering the glass at the entrance. Waste of train fare into London.

On the 2nd August 2011 my family and I (inc 14 and 11 year olds) went to Ripleys Museum in London. We were all very excited to go as we have all been amazed by the ripleys beleive it or not yearly annuals. When we got into the actual museum we were abit disappointed as there were just pictures on the wall, and artifacts with a little bit of writing about them. With teenagers, they both wanted it to be more interactive. The hole experience didn't last as long than we expected. With 5 floors, and children going into the mirror maze it took less than 1 hour. Our children were highly disappointed with the mirror maze as it cost £5 each for them and they got round it with in 2 minutes. Would not recommend to others, as there are so many other great attractions in London such as madame tussauds which we all loved, and were very impressed with.

We were refused entry after having paid for 2 adults and one child on-line. We had another child with us who was a Blue Peter Badge Holder and is allowed entry free as long as one full paying adult also accompanies them. However, because we booked out tickets on-line they refused to let us enter without having to pay another £22 for the second child - their excuse was that our on-line tickets were discounted. We refused to pay the additional £22 and Ripley's Believe It or Not refused us entry. It should be noted that both Hampton Court Palace and Madame Tussauds let us in having booked our discounted tickets on-line.

Do not waste your time or your money.
You would think Ripley would manage to get at least a couple of interesting things into five floors of premium London property......not so.
My 11 year old daughter reads the Ripley's books cover to cover, so I thought I'd treat her yesterday. (we're here on holiday from S.A)
SO DISAPPOINTING !!!!!!!
Even if you get given free tickets - don't bother. An absolute waste of time.

My son went on and on about going here. What a load of overpriced hype. Most ofthe stuff is a load of old tat. We were extremely disappointed and left feeling completely ripped off after paying almost sixty quid. We thenwent to the natural history museum for free and spent more time in there. BELIEVE IT OR NOT chooseNOT!!!

I don't know where to start!
I took my sister here as part of a day out (we visited the London Bridge experience earlier in the day which was by far much more superior and worth the money).
We spent £63 for two adult tickets and one child ticket, this included the extra charge for the mirror maze.
There were a couple of interesting artifacts, and the spinning tunnel was quite good but that was about it.
The place looked like it needed a good clean. The toilets were filthy (why they couldnt afford to spend some money on a cleaner throughout the day is beyond me as I am sure they could afford it judging by the price of the tickets).
The staircase leading to the mirror maze stunk of sewage and was grubby. Before entering the mirror maze we were given rubbber gloves to wear when entering the maze to protect the glass but every single mirror in the maze was covered in smears and finger prints so it obviously hadn't been cleaned for ages (we got there at 2pm so it hadn't really been open for that long). We were out of the mirror maze in under a minute.
Please, PLEASE don't go to Ripleys in London. Save your money. There are so many museums in London that are free to enter, after all, thats all Ripleys is.

How I am pay for this already?! We're complaint about paid this already parts why they've gone disappear is it.What a waste of money to charge of this! Is very angry, being paid this for people to visit there... Totally black-out of business and there been put paper notice on it... What ridiculous would be get it do it is. We'll have been better going to a museum place of Sea Life instead. I think definitely not worth it. Pretty hearted gone to waste of money you've done this runs cease of CLOSED!!!😠☹

Hi I think a wheelchair user would be ok. Initially you take a lift up and then make your way down but I seem to remember there were lifts.

I went about half 8 in the evening and was very quiet that was December when every where was busy. Was very nice to wander about when quiet.

Can I use a adult ticket for a child aged 11?

As far as I'm aware you can always use an adult ticket for a child as the adult ticket is worth more anyway. I've even booked holidays on that basis
