Neighborhood: Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.

Goodnight Diane...
Mar 2020
RIP Diane Pearce-Harvey, landlady for 30 years until 1997 and an SW1 legend in her day. Never quite the same after Youngs took over, yet a nice backstreet corner house nonetheless.

Hidden Gem
Oct 2019
Wonderful little pub hidden in the high end residential area around Sloane Square. The bar area is compact as is the seating areas, however, this adds to the charm. Beer prices are competitive and the interior has been preserved and devoid of modernisation that blights the gastropub scene. Well worth a stop on a pub tour or a quite pint in front of a roaring fire. Allegedly the last pub in London to sell beer only until it widened its offerings in 1998. Well worth a visit.

Dogs out of control
Oct 2019 • Friends
Came here for a few pints but only stayed for one. Lovely friendly barman and nice old fashioned interior but plusses end there rapidly. Beer is badly kept and worst of all there were three very large badly behaved dogs running up and down the pub.

I was amazed to learn these dogs were the landlady's -- not a care in the world for paying customers who didn't want them jumping up, barking and running around in what is a very small space. Unbelievable.

A nice little pub
Mar 2019 • Friends
Surprised to find this tucked down a side road but glad we did. Wasn't very busy when we went in which is just as well as it isn't that big inside and there aren't that many seats! But it being a Friday it livened up after 5ish. No loud music, just people talking and having an enjoyable time.

Wonderful jewel of a pub
Jan 2019 • Friends
Must be one of the smallest pubs I have ever drunk in. Small but perfectly formed local neighbourhood pub in the residential streets behind Sloane Square. Of course we had a few pints of Youngs beer and really enjoyed its ambience, including an open fire.

Extortionate prices
Jan 2019 • Solo
A bog standard pub offering nothing more the a pub! Average beer with extortionate prices. Barmaid as miserable as sin. £6.20 for a pint of IPA! It's bitter FFS! You couldn't give the stuff away 2 years ago!!
Avoid this place and other places like it!

Classic little English pub
Sep 2018 • Friends
This is a treasured relic of a bygone era. Basically it’s just a great place to go to alone or meet friends for a chat and a drink. Only minor drawback is that at busy times voices can echo off the walls and so it can get tricky to hear - but certainly not impossible. A super little place. Note that the nearest tube station is Sloane Square.

A great “little” pub in Chelsea

Tucked away behind Sloane Square tube station this “little”pub is a real gem. Great atmosphere and decor and good beer. A must for a beer after work

Quaint, small but very relaxing
Aug 2018 • Friends
We were here with friends on their recommendation. Young’s brewery so already on a winner but they lost a point because they had ran out of the Special. We just had a couple of drinks each before we went out for lunch. The barmaid was a treasure and had bags of personality even laying across one of the tables beating it with her fists. No idea why but gave us a laugh.

The pub itself is very small and end of terrace. Lots of history and their website suggests it may have been the model for the Rovers Return of Coronation Street fame. A lovely story regardless.

One of the girls had a Chardonnay and to be honest it was awful. Stay with beer or gin and you can’t go wrong.

Strictly Drinking
Aug 2018 • Solo
Charming yet very small Pub located a short distance from Sloane Square. Most customers were drinking outside although there were no tables or chairs. But that's ok. Started up a conversation with some folks and thoroughly enjoyed the pints I had there.

Not a Fuller's pub but part of another chain. I wasn't aware they served food so it is strictly drinking and chatting.

A very inviting place perfect for treating yourself to their choice of beers and cask ales. Certainly worth a visit if you're staying in the area.
