Cineworld

Cineworld, London: Tickets, Tours, Address, Phone Number, Cineworld Reviews: 2/5

The area
Address
Neighborhood: South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here, I’m from Glasgow and visiting London for a change of scenery and some luxury, have visited some amazing restaurants, cafes etc and all great, to kill time before our flight we came to the cinema to watch rocket man and have to say that the seating is really bad, I felt like I was n a Jet2 flight. Disappointed I have to say...

Love cinema
I have cineworld card however I never left a bad review however today, the guy who serve me was bloody rude and no concept of customer service
I was outraged by it and permitted myself to tell him that the minimum is to be nice and pretend you care

This must be the worst cinema in London and Cineworld should be ashamed.
A dingy little foyer. A dirty smelly screen room. Badly lit which caused my partner to miss a step and have a fall. Low seats well passed they life span. In future I will go to Vue just a short distance away. I have had to tap one circle as it would not allow me to rate no circles.

I have been visiting this cinema since the 1950s when my grandmother would take us, - now I am a grandmother. Earier this week a friend and I bought tickets for ‘Book Club’.. we had a coffee in Starbucks’ inside the cinema.
We took our seats the film started and to our annoyance the film was subtitled’, it is an American film in the English language doesn’t need explaining and really spoilt the whole viewing experience. We weren’t told when we bought tickets that this showing’ was for the ‘ hard of hearing’. When we left we decided to ask management why we weren’t warned. We were fobbed off and told we should have checked cineworld website, well I checked with LondonNet website for this cinema and film listings and it said nothing of subtitled shows,,,,I have since written to Customer Service dept, and told that Cineworld do not reimburse or compensate, and it’s not their policy to worry about other websites and listings - surely any business worth their salt would care about their customers experience and make sure their information is regulated on all websites.
Cineworld are more expensive than others’ cinemas and the experience is less than supportive of their customers.... after all these years of supporting them they haven’t supported me.... - too bad. Shan’t patronise them anymore! Boo!

The cinema foyer and screen seating areas were clean and tidy. The lady who was checking tickets (Di) was helpful and chatty she seemed like a really nice person.
I had to pay for my ticket even though I am an Unlimited Customer as I don’t pay for the London tickets. However, we watched Black Panther so I didn’t mind paying at all. Well worth a watch.
