I have been using Mile5 for everything now: from a work trip to a personal one coming back from holidays. They are so reliable being always in time, extremely efficient and very good value for money. You can book so conveniently using their online service and they always ensure availability. I have highly recommended them to my colleagues, friends and family so we are all using them now! They also accommodate travelling with children and babies which can be extremely handy!

The driver checked on my flight status and to see if I was ready to be picked up early. It was perfect, as my family and I were still in baggage claim. The driver met us just outside baggage claim with my name on a board. Fast and friendly service from LHR to King's Cross Station. Additionally, the driver offered WiFi in the car.

Excellent presentation, vehicle, service - easy booking process with the head office.
As a secretary to CEO - who was using the service with 2 other executives - when I hear a compliment, I know the job was well done.
We were also very satisfied with the rate. I will definitely book again for the future business meetings in London.

My 2 friends and I from Dubai had a shopping trip in London and used Mile5 throughout! They made it very easy, from collecting us from the airport to picking and dropping us shop to shop, thank you!

Nice to see someone following true standards in Airport Transfers , always use when I am traveling. Spotless & always ontime , never cloud fault their service. Having a sweet tooth , I really enjoy the free sweets and chocolates in their vehcles. Keep it up MILE5

I have used Mile5 now for all my weekly airport trips ,and regardless of time destination or short notice given they have never let me down.
2.5 year's and no flight missed not even close, no matter how disorganised I can be at times, Mile5 are a constant.
The whole team are smart,professional and helpful all of the time.

Mile5 is a reliable and efficient taxi company. I use their services regularly to go to the airport and back. Driver is always on time, car is clean and up to what expected from an executive service
