He took the time to explain the drivers and type of cars he could offer. When I explained that I’d received a lower quote, he gave me excellent advice and even recommended another firm for me to try, that he knew to be good. I decided to go for London Minicab Service because I trusted them and I didn’t want to choose based on the lowest price, because quality of service is far more important. I confirmed my booking and the Director, also called Anthony, was so courteous and thoughtful. He personally took the time to thank me and send good wishes for the day, and he responded so promptly and politely whenever I had a query. He emailed the cars and registration numbers, the names of the drivers and their photos, so I knew what to expect. Ir was so utterly reassuring.
The drivers themselves Krzysztof, Szymon, and Marek were also excellent, they were on time, they drove safely and were so polite. With the important of the occasion I was booking for, I needed to know that the company I chose was good. At every stage of my transaction with London Minicab Services, I was beyond impressed.
