It is now the 2nd time i use the imax in Wimbledon and they do not dim the light properly. Light keep catching your eyes and dark scenes are almost not visible. All other Cinema groups put all the light off.. only Odeon that does not for some stupid reason.

Lovely cinema with a good selection of snacks/food, nice screening rooms, and very friendly staff (rare to find in most businesses nowadays!). The only thing I’d like to see improve is the cleanliness - all dirtiness will be from customers but the theatre that I was in had not been cleaned in awhile since there was all sticky food squished to the floor and chewy sweets on my seat. However, this did not ruin the experience at all but this is just advice.

The whole place needs some TLC no doubt.

The staff were nice but pretty clueless.
We bought our tickets from the machine then went to buy snacks at the kiosk.

We asked if there were any combos available - the girl looked at us in a daze and then said she wasn't sure. We figured it out for ourselves and ordered, only to have to repeat our order again twice as she didn't put it in the system, then to be told the slushy machine wasn't working properly and there were no hot dogs as theyd only just put them on the cooker. We said no worries then paid only to realise that she hasnt calculated it properly and we needed to pay again. The other staff member came to help but seemed just as much at a loss. It was awkward and felt like we were having to explain how to do their job to them.

The whole process was a bit painful and we ended up late into our movie as ordering food took almost 15mins. Not the end of the world but perhaps the staff would beneift from some more training.

The seats were fine - we paid for premier, not sure there was anything premier about them though. Yellow warning tape held together some of the steps and seats.. it was fine but it was not worth the ÂŁ60 for drinks, snacks and a movie.

If you want to come often, maybe the limitless is a good idea and bring your own snacks.

We were in Wimbledon for my birthday staying at the Wimbledon Central Travelodge and decided to visit the Odeon in the afternoon as it was just across the road. We come from Fleetwood near Blackpool where the Odeon has just sadly closed, hadn't been to a cinema since before Covid and were not familiar with the seating/ current ticket prices. As this was an impulse visit we had not booked online and needed to buy at the desk. Luckily Nathan J was really, really helpful and navigated the ticketing for us! The whole film experience - the film was 'Bob Marley; One Love' - was excellent and made my 77th birthday. I should add that the foyer was easily accessed by an escalator and very welcoming. Thank you Odeon!!

I booked premier seats! Def not worth paying extra, the only difference I could see was they were red and had a headrest, they was hard uncomfortable, no extra legroom total waste of money, as a matter of fact due to the seating being so uncomfortable I won't be visiting here again ! Cinema was freezing and the sound was way too loud

It may be slightly strange for a cinema to double up as a hotel, but that is effectively what happens when you spend twenty-four hours within its confines watching horror movies!

We attended the 24hr horror marathon last weekend and had a great time. We were allowed to bring in blankets, sleeping bags if desired, pillows and snacks. We got cosy, we watched horror flicks and we stretched our legs in between the movies by promenading up and down the main thoroughfare.

Odeon was well prepared for their overnight guests with staff onsite 24hrs and with food and drink constantly available. We made full use of this with use devouring four tango ice-blasts between us, popcorn, a hotdog and a few coffees!

Well played Odeon, we had a great time.

Lifts are always out of order. I have a CEA card which I can't use due to lack of access. I doubt I can get any credit when the card expires? I've been told the lift is being refurbished, but can't find out when completion is likely. Before travelling, I have to ask someone else to visit to see if lifts are working. Why are they always out of order? FURIOUS AND FRUSTRATED!!

Our usual Odeon is in Epsom. We wanted to see the Northman in the afternoon so popped on the train to Wimbledon to watch it there.
I truly wish we hadn’t bothered, the presentation of the film was awful! It was like watching an old 4:3 movie except this one had big black bands either side and smaller ones, top and bottom. Also, the projection quality was poor, the image was weak. (Screen 9)
The cinema complex is really showing it’s age and seriously needs an upgrade.
Epsom Odeon Luxe is superb - Wimbledon is very poor and we won’t be going back!

Lovely cinema with a nice seating area/snack selection (though they had run out of salted popcorn). Staff very friendly (which can be rare) and comfy seats. Sadly, a little dirty but when I’ve been here before, this hasn’t been the case. Definitely recommended.
