A smart location on the top floor of the Dorsett Hotel. Not cheap at £90 for 50 minutes but felt great after. Nice staff. Have now been several times

Booked a spa morning for two here. So reasonable and we had the place to ourselves!
The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome.
I'd highly recommend coming here, it's good value and amazing service!

My husband and I purchased a spa package for our anniversary, and Spa Mika exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by the extremely kind staff, and shown around their beautiful, modern, and clean facilities. We purchased a package which enabled us to use the sauna, steam, and relaxation rooms for 1 hour before our treatment - which was a treat in itself! Our treatment was in a private room which included our own private infrared sauna. We then received muscle melt massages which were the perfect end to this utmost relaxing afternoon. We decided once we left that we need to make this a regular occurrence at Spa Mika. Very highly recommended!

Had booked a spa day with afternoon tea for a group of us. Had only rang them up to confirm my booking to be then told that no spa days will be running that entire month. When I asked for a reason or explanation, I was told that they don’t know.

I think if you’re going to cancel a booking, the least you can do is give an explanation as to why. We were looking forward to a girly day and will now re-book with another hotel.

If you are looking for a spa-day and don’t want the hassle of having to re-book due to any potential cancellations, then don’t look here.

I took my mum for a mother's day treat and we both agree that it was one of the best treatments that we've had. The therapists were professional and very skilled - I left feeling like a new woman!

At last, a go-to spa in my neighbourhood! I had two facials on two consecutive days, one touch and the other technology. Both were brilliant experiences and I would look forward to trying other treatments. Spa Mika is in the Dorsett, which is not an ultra luxurious hotel but is a solidly 4-5 star establishment which I highly recommend to those seeking a clean, comfortable, full-service hotel at very reasonable prices. The spa is new and a welcome addition to the hotel and the neighbourhood. Although I have another facialist I love, I decided to give Spa Mika a try because of the proximity and the current bad weather. At my first appointment, there was a glitch in their booking system and the type of facial that I booked was not available. The manager, Michael, felt bad and made an incredibly generous goodwill gesture that I felt was well beyond what the establishment needed to do. Suffice it said that he made it possible for me to enjoy two different treatments on consecutive days. I am so glad to have the opportunity to try both treatments and can honestly say that I would go back for both touch and technology treatments. The facialists were well-trained and extremely pleasant. The facials worked a treat and the results lifted my spirits considerably.

Beyond my own experiences, I have a very good feeling about the spa. I had a good chat with Michael the manager and ended up rooting for the success of the place. The people there act like they really care and are invested in the well-being of their clients. The spa itself is clean, warm and welcoming. There is nothing clinical or commercial about the place. Michael said that all therapists undergo continuous training. It showed - the treatments were not just showcases for the products and the therapists' technique shone through. The reasonable pricing reflects the neighbourhood rather than the quality of the services. I understand they are not competing with, say, the Bulgari or Mandarin, but I daresay that Spa Mika would pleasantly surprise those spa lovers who are used to more opulent (and much pricier) spas.

I took my mother and sister in law here as a birthday treat for my Mum.

We each booked a treatment (me and my mum had a facial and my sister a massage) and we were very impressed!

I had a therapist called Marta, she gave me a wonderful facial with a face and neck massage which really relaxed my whole body.

We didn’t use the sauna/spa facilities so I can’t comment there - but judging from the gorgeous decor and wonderful staff I’m sure it would be lovely too.

We followed on with an afternoon tea in the hotel downstairs which was also lovely.

It’s nice to find such a lovely spa local to us and we will definitely return!

Booking was incredibly easy done via the website on their online booking system. When we arrived we were welcomed with a hibiscus shot and asked to sign a form to which we were then lead to our massage room. We had booked a couples massage for my best friend and I and the choice was for a back massage and either a foot/scalp massage. The massage room was clean and spacious. Our therapists were incredibly kind and welcoming to us. My therapist, Marta ran through how the massage would go and if I was ok with everything. The massage was very relaxing and I felt like I wanted to sleep after. At the end, Marta gave us some tips on how to deal with back strain which I thought was very nice of her.

Great location, lovely spa and the lovely therapists make it a true place to relax.

Lovely spa and treatments. Highly recommend. Professional staff very clean and luxurious facilities. The relaxation area is so nice, changing rooms have GHDs.
Overall we felt welcomed I probably had the best massage ever and my sister equally enjoyed hers. Very convenient area a stone throw from Westfield.

Will recommend.

I visited Spa Mika on Tuesday along with my mother and sister and it was one of the best spa experiences i've ever had, and i've had quite a few now!! Affia, the lady giving me a massage was lovely, she was very accommodating, friendly and welcoming, and her massage techniques were absolutely superb!!

The only improvement i would suggest is that it was not made clear to me that i had to use the spa facilities before the massage, so maybe this needs to be highlighted better in future.

Despite that slight drawback, i would highly recommend the spa and would definitely visit again.

Thanks guys :)
