My husband and I had the best time, Luzia- Cirque du Solei was everything and more than my husband had expected. the show was amazing, as it would not normally be my choice to watch a show like this, I was pleasantly surprised.
The performers, costumes and music were fabulous and I am so pleased my husband surprised me with this show.
I highly recommend this show.

For years I have wanted to go to a cirque show. So this year the boy took me. I don't know if I was expecting more but I felt like I was being robbed and mocked at the same time.

I expected to see acts that took my breath away and very different to the local circus. Whilst there was one or 2 fab acts the overall experience was a huge disappointment. Most of the time was dedicated to clowns running around and when it ended I wanted to shout are you taking the mick!!!!

I have seen Zippo's circus and spent a quarter of the price of one ticket and had the same experience. For me it feels as though cirque knows people what to see them so they don't make as much effort. At times I felt a little bored and felt bad as it was a gift.

I will be honest if you have never been to the circus or seen any live acts then yes you will probably think it is an amazing show. The boy only recently saw his first circus show about 2 yrs ago with me and thought that was fantastic. But those tickets cost like a tenner each. We spent almost £100 each on tickets. So for me Cirque needs to wowing both the first timers and people that have seen other things.

My advice would be if you want to go. Dont waste your time on the expensive tickets. Anything over £30pp isn't worth your money.

WHY WHY WHY do you always insist on wasting time and money on clown acts that are allocated more time slots than the actual skilled performers, so disappointing to see. I hate crap clown acts and unfortunately I paid over £200 ! To see Cirque du Soleil - TOTEM at the royal Albert hall in London and was very excited. The stupid clown act came on 3 times during the show totalling almost 30mins of the whole show. I don’t pay good money to see rubbish clowns!!! If I wanted to see bad clown acts I would have spent £10 at the local tent circus in a park! Also NO grand finale that I expected but then again how could there be one when the clown stole 30mins of the whole show! NO Ariel silk act, no Ariel rope act, very little actually performed as an Ariel act! Cirque du Soleil should always wow the audience with their Ariel acts! That’s why people spend a lot of money going to see them instead of going to the local tent circus. I feel sorry for the acrobats and Ariel artists who get such small time slots and are pushed out by their very very poor quality clown colleagues who should disappear from every circus around the world and find a different vocation in life.

We were booked for the evening showing on Feb 12th. At 1210 we got notice that the show was cancelled due to COVID. We understand this. What we don’t understand is how, two weeks later, we have been unable to contact Cirque du Soleil to either re book or refund. We have emailed three times - no reply. We have spent 7 or 8 hours on their call lines, requesting ring backs - nothing! I’m about to contact my credit card supplier and tell them that I think I have been mis-sold these tickets to try and get a refund. Beware before you buy!

I cannot understand the rave reviews people are leaving! Did I see a different show? I have seen 2 other cirques and they were incredible. This was the Most uninspiring show I have ever seen. They set up all the stage props and then all the extras just to support 1 person doing a low grade 50 year old circus act. Juggling, wow never seen that before. Well I have but this guy dropped the skittles 3 times! Strong man balancing on 2 poles. Then he makes it higher then higher then higher. You get the idea but just does the same thing at each different height! Lady on trapeze. Was she swinging dangerously high into the roof top and doing death defying leaps to another artist. No sorry she went up then down then twisted a bit then came down again. The double jointed man was good but a bit sickening and the last act with swings was very good. The clown was awful. All in all a really poor showing for the 25th anniversary. Save yourself some money and go and see some street entertainment in Covent Garden it is better than cirque.

This show is the most amazing show of (almost)impossible acrobatics. It was a night of magical characters with a Mexican theme that was very special and intriguing. From trapeze artists to an incredible contortionist, giant cactuses, horse and jungle animals…it was WONDERFUL!

Appalling customer service. It took a month of back and forth for them to come back to me and say they cannot give me a refund. Instead they offered me 1 ticket to replace the three we booked, and we had to cancel due to COVID. I even emailed them within their terms to get the refund back, but with no luck. Rubbish!

Visited The Royal Albert Hall with friends to see Cirque Du Soleil – LUZIA and it was absolutely magnificent.

You are always looked after well at the RAH by the lovely and caring staff, from the ease of booking to the attention given on the day.

We booked a Loggia private box and it was ideally placed to see the show, had small snacks and drinks delivered which were excellent.

LUZIA was just wonderful, amazing show, the caste work so hard and the overall performance is something very special indeed, we visited the matinee and which great for children, the scenery and water affects were just out of this world.

A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon watching such dedicated professionals.

Took 2 weeks to get a response, received two different sets of advice. Couldn’t get through on phone and despite several complaints haven’t received an apology yet. I think some customer service training is required, and maybe a working phone line someone answers. My daughter and I were so disappointed to miss the show but they couldn’t have been more unhelpful about it. They couldn’t care less and more or less said so in their reply.

My husband booked this for my birthday and although we have seen a Cirque Du Soleil show.... this one just blew the roof off!
From the moment it started it was one thrill after another. My heart was racing!
I would recommend this show located in a wonderful building
Just stunning from start to finish!.
