We booked two transfers with British Airport Transfer before we left for London. We needed to change certain details, and they were very responsive and accommodating. We had two different drivers, who were both punctual and very helpful. We will use them again for our transfer needs in London.

Favorite Driver is Kahn; he knows the streets of London and surrounding area very well and can negotiate them to make time for this busy city and airport. Kahn took us from our London Hotel (West End) to Southampton for our Cruise and also was the driver to pick us up at Southampton upon our return and then later took us to LHR from our Hotel to come home. At the Cruise terminal on his pick up, would've liked for him to have our name on a sign on his windshield, so as us to identify him because it's so busy and cars and other form of transportation are constantly coming by, fortunately he recognized us, which was a very good thing that he went the extra mile to look for us. This is all because we do not have cell phones that work outside US, nor do we have Smart Phones, so we depend on old fashioned service. The cars used for the service was nice and clean and again Kahn was always on time and perhaps a little ahead of time, which we liked. Will definitely use British Airport Transfer again for our Transfer Needs.

I want to highlight the efficient and professional service by British Airport Transfer.
I booked a transport from Gatwick to Heathrow for my wife and kids about 1.5hrs before ther fight landed(I booked remotely from home country)
The response and I.mmediate, driver was punctual and admin was in contact with me throughout the entire process with updates.
Would recommend this service awesome job👏

Excellent car service for pickups to and from the airport. Very efficient, timely and helpful in planning a day trip from London as well. Our drivers were always on time in a comfortable air conditioned vehicle. Shout out to Wakash who happened to drive us multiple times. Very kind and informative

We used British Airport Transfer for pickup n drop off to the airport and had no issues. From the start when I inquired about the service, a representative contacted me via WhatsApp IM and was extremely helpful. He made sure our needs were met i.e. correct size car and we needed two car seats which were provided. The driver met us as soon as we got out with a sign to make sure we didn’t miss him. On our way back, the rep provided multiple updates to make sure we were aware the driver was on the way.
We hired them for a day as well to go to Stonehenge and they gave us a very competitive rate. The driver was at our place in time and also brought car seats for us since we were traveling with young ones.
I highly recommend this service in London.

Have used BAT for last couple of years and always really impressed - they’re reliable, punctual, reasonably priced and always professional. Their cars are comfortable, clean and modern with great friendly drivers. Will always continue to use.

I booked transportation with one of my local company and they called me just 2 hours prior to my booking time to cancelled booking by saying because of local transportation strike they cant make it or driver will be late for 1 hour. i called many company but all were occupied. luckily i found this company and they had only availability for Executive Car which i booked. It was wonderful comunication with them, received confirmation instantly and they drop on time. I would specially thanks Mr Tahir who managed me vehicle on time. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them also.

Absolutely disgusted to receive a text cancelling a booking for transfer from central London to Heathrow Sofitel.
Excuse was because of pending rail strike they would be short of drivers.
I suspect the rates will be triple tomorrow.

Further to your review, we did not have your booking. we never cancelled booking until its cancelled by passenger. We are top rated company.
You might booked with other company it has similar name but ends with S.

Highly recommend! My flight was delayed and the BA transfer accordingly coordinated the cab. The can driver( Nasir) was really polite and helpful. I forgot my luggage inside the cab and he returned to the destination again in order to drop it. Overall wonderful experience.
