    Great selection of shops!
Such great shopping experiences! I first brought my daughter to buy items for her new apartment, enjoyed the big selection of restaurants (all amazing food) and picked up a couple designer outfits for work. The shops were so nice I brought my other daughters for a trip the next time we were in London.

A Cool Shopping Center with Something for Everyone
Westfield London is the perfect place to be on a hot day in London. This huge shopping center offers a wide variety of shops, so you're sure to find something you love. Whether you're into fancy brands or more affordable options, there's a store for everyone. And when you feel hungry, you'll have plenty of restaurants to choose from, with different types of food to satisfy your cravings. One thing that stands out about Westfield London is how clean everything is. The floors are well taken care of, and the toilets are always tidy. It's a nice feeling to shop in a place that's kept so neat and tidy. The best part is that Westfield London is really convenient to get to. It's just a quick 3-minute walk from Shepherd's Bush station on the Central Line. So, whether you're a local or a tourist, it's easy to reach and start exploring all the shops.

    Watch Surgery Westfield Shepherd's Bush
I went to Watch Surgery to get a flask I got for my father's birthday engraved with a Scottish crest and his name. An employee named Oz helped me. He gave me advice about which flask would work for the engravement and how it would fit etc. Finally when I had the flask and we were looking at crests to put on the flask, there were none that worked. However, Oz kept trying. We finally found a crest and designed the flask together. It took about 2 hours in total and Oz had unlimited amounts of patience. He even went to grab his personal laptop from his office, because the work one wasn't fulfilling our wishes. Thank you Oz! Definitely recommend.

    What a place.
What a place. Plenty of shops with lots of brand names. Lovely clean toilets dotted around. Could do with a few more seats dotted around for people with mobility issues. Lots of different restaurants to choose from for food.

    Quite nice, but…
Amazing shopping centre. Very easy to access. We came by overground train from Camden market. Really a lot of shops. Even though we spent many hours, I have a feeling we just saw a part of it. I have, however, two things to remark. The electronic display that should help you find the way to different shops was difficult to use. Secondly: There should have been more signs telling where the toilets are and especially which exits to use when leaving for the underground or the bus stations.

Lost its sparkle, no longer worth the journey.
Westfield has lost its sparkle. There are several empty premises, and many if the stores had poor stock. Loccitane, John Lewis, MandS and Next were the only shops worth visiting. Shop assistants and waiting staff were miserable with the exception of the lovely lady in LOccitane. Toilets had no loo roll, and the whole place felt like it had had its day. What a shame, I shall stick to my local High Street in future.

Great experience for all the family
My friend's kids myself and my kids all went to the Westfield ice skating rink and it was such a good idea. We are all beginner ice skaters but the staff were all very helpful and kept coming to our aid. There was particularly wonderful girl called Nada who was extremely helpful and kept coming back to check on us and even too some pictures of us as a family. Such a wonderful and unforgettable experience for all of us and will definitely be coming back.

Make a plan before you go, really impressed
My daughter (9) was desperate to go so we set a date, travelled to London for a few nights and got there via the 148 bus from Westminster which goes to White City right outside the door. I’d read some poor reviews but I can’t say they were justified in my experience. We got there around 10:30 in holiday time and it wasn’t busy. By the time we left around 15:30 it was horribly busy so go early. I downloaded the app prior to visiting and disappointingly it didn’t give me any offers or tips that I couldn’t work out for myself. The place is huge so make sure you clock which entrance you came in. The interactive map guides around the malls are so helpful to find the stores you want. It’s clean, lovely surroundings, lots of clean loos and I’d go again.

excellent customer service, friendly staff, good manager
I am not sure of the managers name , tall english guy but his customer service is very professional and any issues with any drinks are always very quickly resolved. Staff are friendly and really nice.. I feel that other starbucks stores who can be rude and not professional should get training from this branch who excel in customer experience and service

There are two Westfield shopping centres in London located in Stratford in the East and Shepherd's Bush in the West. The Westfield in the West has good transport links. There are plenty of buses serving the local area heading for Shepherd's Bush and most of them stop in Wood Lane or outside Shepherd's Bush tube station. There are also good tube links. Shepherd's Bush is served by London Overground with trains running from Clapham Junction to Willesden Junction, Camden Road, Highbury & Islington and Stratford. It is also served by the Central line with trains running from Ealing Broadway and Ruislip to West End, Stratford, Hainault and Epping. White City on the other side of the centre is also served by the Central Line. Wood Lane is also near White City station and this is served by the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. The Circle line trains run from Hammersmith towards Paddington, Liverpool Street and then back to Blackfriars, South Kensington and back to Edgware Road. Hammersmith and City line trains run to Barking. The shopping centre is quite grand and there are some very fancy shops there selling exclusive luxury items like Tesla. There are also stores for people who are on a more limited budget like Boots, WH Smith and Primark. There are touch screens dotted around to help you find places and there are toilets in various locations. There is a food court in the centre of the shoppingg area where you can sit and eat from the various different food outlets in the centre. It's nice to have a wander around even if you can't afford to buy things from the stores.

We’ve visited Santa’s grotto on the 15th of December and we also took a picture with Santa. Unfortunately after couple of days our child was looking at the picture and she came to ask us why Santa was showing a bad sigh with his finger (the middle finger) on the right hand. This was supposed to remain a nice and enjoyable memory for our child and not something that we should have to find a explanation for Santa’s actions and find an excuse why he would show his middle finger in the picture. This is definitely unacceptable from someone that should plays this role and be proper trained when working with kids and a good example for the kids that should never act like this. At her age she is aware of things that adults are doing wrong and things that are not to follow in life.
I really hope to get a answer from them with a reason why something that was supposed to be a magical experience for her was transformed in a big question and discusión in a negative way for our child.
I’ve attached the picture so you can see what I mean. Also the whole experience it wasn’t something that I would recommend as the Elfs they weren’t to nice with the kids and they where talking within each other how tired and done with so many kids they were.

I very generously received a Westfield Gift Card for Christmas, which was purchased online. After numerous attempts trying to contact the relevant person, I eventually got through to someone at flex-e-cards who provide the card and was told that it wasn't possible to use the card online! As no shops are currently open for the next two months (or possibly more) and the shop wasn't open at the time of purchase, I think it's shocking that this was not make clear to the purchaser. If you buy a card online, you expect to be able to use it online. When I asked her what my options were, she said the only option is to get the amount refunded to the person who purchased it but they have to call and await a return call (basically, a very long winded route!)

I'm surprised and disappointed to hear that Westfield is so behind the times and has not adapted particularly considering the current limitations and requirements. I wanted to use the gift card towards a new washing machine from John Lewis as mine has broken in the middle of the national lockdown, but to no avail!

The customer service person was completely disinterested in my call and was unable to tell me which retailers would accept the card either. I'd therefore strongly advise anyone wishing to purchase a Westfield gift card to think otherwise.

Visited in Oct 2021 with pre-booked tickets to go to the Chocolate Factory. Arrived to find the Chocolate Factory was closed and no information anywhere to explain why. The picture shows other families checking why they couldn't get in either.
Westfield staff and duty manager blamed it on the concession and were utterly unhelpful, denying all liability. They were only concerned in not admitting any blame for allowing a scam to be run under their roof and offered no assurance that they would take our complaints further or stop advertising a concession that was charging for advance tickets with no service to offer.
Once it was clear the Westfield staff weren’t interested in helping resolve the situation I didn’t bother staying any longer.

The car park is very expensive and feels like Westfield is more interested in profit than to help people enjoy their outing. 1 &1/2 hour cost me £8.50.

Even if you just want to visit one particular shop then leave, makes you not want to return there again.
Good luck Westfield, I will try to stick to my high street and not get robbed.

No wonder visitors are deterred from going to an over priced labyrinth sort of a place. High rents, puppets as security officers, and sad looking sales assistants wishing they were dead.

Visited here Friday 3/1.
Main purpose was to park & get the tube into central London.
We chose here as felt would be plenty of parking & as Shepherds Bush is on the central line, it meant we could be in The West End in about 15mins.
Set up Smart Parking & it worked perfectly. Very simple & easy & for 10hours parking I think the cost was £6.50 which we felt a bargain.
Took a quick look around whilst walking to tube. It’s s really bright & modern shopping centre with plenty shops & places to eat to suit all budgets.

Extremely rude female manager (didn't take a note of her name brown long hair tied back ) working in Zara ground floor around 4/4.30pm Sunday 5th Feb west field white city. In a very rude manner told me to "move away from the till area" how it is "for staff only" when I wasn't even behind the till I was standing on the side as I was told by a staff member to do so , why would I be standing behind the till? Bizarre.
A security tag was left on my jacket by Zara Bond Street and it was more convenient for me to go Westfield rather than back to bond Street... I did not plan to go anywhere that day but had to go to remove the tag that a staff in Zara left. I was asked by her in a quite hostile way "did you not hear the alarm go off?"
A. it is not my job to listen to alarms as I leave a busy west end store on a Saturday when there is a security to hear it
b.obviously I did not hear it otherwise why would I be sacrificing my Sunday with a toddler and baby to get this tag taken off.
She took it off after looking at the receipt and said it's not really usual for them to do it how I should have gone to West end store as they need to check CCTV. I said I have the receipt it was purchased only a day before. She said yes but still.
So I bought a £109 jacket where a staff was clearly incompetent left a tag on the jacket made me run around on a Sunday to get it taken off to be given so much attitude by the store manager?! How do these people get these level jobs ? Horrible experience dealing with issues they created.

We had made a reservation and paid a deposit for a Saturday evening, there were 9 of us (aged 17-50). There were empty tables and appeared to be plenty of staff. After 25 minutes no one had appeared to take our order, we really wanted drinks while we looked at the menu so one of our party left the table to search for waiting staff. The drinks order was taken along with our food order at the same time. Nothing and no one had appeared after 50 minutes so again we went in search of our drinks to be told they had no glasses!! (That’s because they don’t clear the tables often enough, dirty plates and glasses on various tables around us, our starters plates were still on our table when they brought the mains over!) We spoke to a member of staff who got the manager, he listened without commenting (not even an apology) and the rest of the evening they over compensated with staff checking in on the table regularly, they’d obviously been spoken to. The food WAS nice and came with all the ‘tweeks’ we had asked for that come with fussy eaters however our experience had already been ruined. Our bill arrived without us even being asked if we had wanted any puddings it was almost 11pm by then and our table was booked for 8.30.

This is a huge and upmarket shopping mall to the west of Central London, in suburban Shepherd’s Bush. I’ve not visited previously, and was pleasantly surprised by its vastness, spaciousness, and airiness. Initially it seemed a bit labyrinthian, with stores along many different shopping avenues, but once you get your bearings it’s relatively easy to navigate and find your way around. There are hundreds of stores here, anchored by three department stores - John Lewis, Marks and Spencer, and House of Fraser. All the high street names are here, as well as all the high end designer stores in a section called ‘The Village’.

The complex is very light, thanks to open floors and the creative interplay of triangular glass panels on the expansive roof. The walkways are wide so there are no obstructions for those using mechanical mobility assistance. It has a contemporary and modern feel.

I noticed a couple of things that could see some improvement. Whilst there's plenty of food outlets and tables and seating for food consumption, there’s very few comfortable seating areas away from the food court and food outlets. Some sofas, benches, armchairs and the like throughout the wide avenues of shops would enhance the overall comfort of the mall. Add to these some outlets to charge your phone; you have to hire a charge bank, at cost, to do that. And improve the wifi; it was fairly diabolical.

There's not a lot of signage; you're expected to use the large digital screen to locate store; it's just a shame most were not working. There were adequate restroom facilities over the two floor, and they were clean.

Shepherd’s Bush is the closest underground station to the complex, and the directions to it are well-signed. The centre is open from 10.00 to 21.00 Monday to Saturday, and 12.00 to18.00 on Sunday. Its a reasonably pleasant shopping experience if you love shopping malls like this.

The Original Westfield is one of the best shopping centres I’ve ever been to with it’s large variety of shops to suit all budgets, mixtures of cuisines available at the food court and it’s cleanliness and vibrant decor.

I always attempt to make a stop at this Westfield when visiting London as there is such a wide variety of shops ranging from clothing stores to toy shops to technology hubs. One aspect which I adore is that they have stores in all these categories which will suit each and every budget; whether you’re a low budget mum like myself or a splurging brand lover looking for the latest items off the runway! For families with children, I highly recommend visiting the new Hamley’s which has opened; it’s a miniature version of the original but it has just as much fun including a built in slide… just prepare for dragging your child out! Haha!

Food wise, you will be spoiled for choice as there is so much to choose from in the centre! Choices range from traditional fish and chips to bao buns to burgers and so on… honestly, you’ll be spoiled for choice. Best of all is everyone can by from different vendors and eat at the same table meaning everyone can be catered for. There is also the newly opened McDonalds too if you want a cheaper option too not to mention the chance to pick up a snack around the centre from vendors including a delicious pretzel! You won’t leave hungry, that’s for sure.

The only negative I have is parking - if you are visiting on the weekend or holidays, expect parking to be more difficult as families tend to venture here for something to do.

Otherwise, one of the best shopping centres!
