Terrible “Spa” needs a face lift asap

Awful awful dirty place!! Avoid at all cost. I went for an hour massage. The towels were filthy, the floors were completely dirty also. Such a shame because it has real potential if the owners just looked after it a bit. The poor girl didn’t have a clue. She slapped on so much oil her nails were sliding around pinching my skin the entire time. I felt too rude to stop her.

Myself and husband booked in for a spa package. We had a facial and massage. Both treatments were very nice and professionally done. We treated by Ellie and Yelda who both did a great job.

I have been going here for 3 years now . I’m shocked to see negative reviews I’ve been treated by pretty much everyone had massages facials pedicures . Always had great service . The place is super clean and treatments effective.

They left me with lifetime scarring!! If you guys don’t want to have burnt legs like what I had experienced from this Spa then avoid this place.Don’t come here for laser or PRP and CST facials! Therapist Mersa burnt my whole legs from laser treatment.They are calling her Maria now.Her mother is Azita and she is the manager/owner that is why the quality assurance of this place is not even one star but I don’t have choice but to put 1 star. The other therapist are Azita’s sister and another daughter.Azita denied that Mersa is her daughter and denied that Mersa was working there when they burnt my legs.If I am wrong then I won’t put this comment in here.They are arrogant, not properly trained and they think that they can just learn and practice on customers skin and face.I want to tell more about them and if I can post my burnt skin from there negligence then I’ll put all pictures here If I can. They have failed to have good and quality service! They will be nice at first and when you already paid the whole package, true colours will come up and it is unbelievable. I swear that the daughter named Mersa and her mother/owner both have the same unbelievable attitude to customers and their staffs! Btw, Mersa burnt my eyes poured the solutions and left me with redness. Don’t try their eyelashes too as they have the worst service ever!All bad reviews here are all TRUE!

Completely butchered my lashes, they fell out in one evening and went in store very next day to sort it out but was not ready for the rudeness and unprofessionalism. Shocked at the level of appalling customer service especially by the Managers daughter. If you want my advice save yourself the time and money and go other places where they value their customers and don’t lack professionalism and decorum. They can keep my money but Never again.

I had a terrible experience at this salon and judging by the other reviews, I am not the only one. I was given the wrong treatment that I did not book in for. Their website is out of date and inconsistent with their services list that they were trying to wave in my face telling me I booked something I know I did not. The manager was extremely aggressive and nasty, instead of demonstrating customer service and empathy for the misunderstanding she shouted at me to pay more saying I have come in for the treatment before (I most certainly have not). Disgusting. On top of that I'm not happy with the treatment at all and was not an enjoyable experience. 24 hours later I feel totally violated and traumatised. Will not be going back there ever again.

Being turned away and extreme rudeness and arrogance from owner Mrs Rabin

I bought my wife a full day spa experience with a gluten free lunch included at Fairmount Spa as a Valentine's Day present. On the day of the appointment she was looking forward to have a day of relaxing, destressing and enjoying a good experience.

Instead we received rude and arrogant treatment from the owner Mrs Rabin and she was refused treatment. On filling in the consultation information my wife wrote that she has asthma which is very well controlled and she had inhalers with her. According to Mrs Rabin they could not treat her because "it is against the law to have here clients with asthma". She refused to carry out treatment and initially refused to provide a refund for the expensive day. When my wife asked about the gluten free lunch the therapist said that there was no gluten free lunch at all on the menu. The only option offered was boiled broccoli.
My wife had to let Mrs Rabin know that this was totally unacceptable and very upsetting and that I should have been told that having asthma was an exclusion criteria I would not have wasted my time with getting this voucher. So now the nice Valentine's present has turned into one of just a toxic experience and total waste of time.
Only on persistence from my wife did she very reluctantly agree to a refund.
We have used very many spas and treatment rooms in London and have never been turned away because of well controlled asthma or not been provided with a promised gluten free meal. We have never been treated as rudely and arrogantly as this. This totally destroyed any good feeling. Will never return. Very distressing.

Fairmount spa butchered my face!!!

I went to Fairmount spa last week for a facial and have been left traumatized and physically scared! On arrival I was greeted by the woman who would be doing the facial, she recommended I have a deep cleanse with extraction as I had a few blackheads. During the facial when she started to fo the extraction, I felt extreme pressure in my forehead, she reassured me that it was fine and proceeded. When she finished my face was terribly bumpy and sore. For an additional £10 she applied a cream and used a machine, assuring me the skin would calm down and I'd be left with glowing skin.....as you can see from the pictures I was left with scars!! I have since been fobbed off with excuses and been told everytime the manager isnt available, not even been offered an apology or refund.....THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!AVOID

Disghusting shower cubicles! Turkish bathe was a complete of money, massage was good, but when we were asked for feedback and gave a few honest negative feedback we were told to leave& shown the door and one of the therapists rudely closed the door with a slam after we left! I walked back in & ask to the Manager who picked up to call the police, silly girl told police it was an emergency as she had customers stressing her out with honest feedback!! The police spoke to us over the phone and said they not coming out and to put feedback on social media. Manager refused to give her name but eventually saw her badge Marian or Maria can accept feedback to improve her business, she definitely cannot handle this business as her therapist was speaking on her behalf while she kept on looking at her silly screen to avoid eye contact.
Her therapist told my friends after a bath to go into a room where the Manager was sitting with a male???? She was shocked and disgusted as she was not expecting a man to be in the room! When we questioned this they said it’s a unisex salon so you should expect men , yes we should but not in the room your staff telling us to walk into, unless the Manager was giving him a personal massage! Do not go here as do not know what oils are used to massage and definitely a waste of money £70 x3
Bruising occurred from the massage beware!!!

called in the morning to book 2 of us for a facial. Staff didn't even take the time to ask what we wanted and simply gave a time. Upon arrival the desk was unattended for at least 20mins which meant we missed our booking time. By the time the staff appeared from the treatment rooms, only to have a long discussion of what cannot be done rather than advise us on possible options. Eventually started the treatment, only to hear lots of shouting from another disgruntled customer in the reception with an even louder staff arguing back. Their loyalty system is totally unfair too. They do not advise you on it at first, only after you finish paying then say it is not till next time now!
most unprofessional (disorganisation) ever. Overshadows the good quality of treatment we eventually received.
