We were in London for a short time. We planned our activities to maximize our time there. Yet, the first morning when we used our London Pass my son's pass was rejected. (The 3 adult passes worked). We were told it was already used. Excuse...More

We purchased 6 day London passes along with travel Oyster Cards. We visited a lot of sites, which made the purchase worth it for us. Be sure to look for signs at the entrance to attractions to see which line you should get into to...More

We used the London Pass for three days. Unfortunately during that 3 days there is no way you can see all of the sites that are included in the pass. Plan your days accordingly.

The actual London Pass was a good value. I doubt we saved much money but visited a lot more places then we normally would have. As a family of 4 many attractions have family prices or my kids would have been free. The issue is...More

This pass I imagine is brilliant in low season. Couple of things they DO NOT tell you. 1. You have to get in line with everyone who is buying a ticket at the attraction. We’ve paid ahead for this pass, and it’s basically like a...More

We were unable to use the pass due to unadvertised bus route closures, traffic and attractions being closed. They refused to refund any of our money. Do NOT use this company, buy your tickets separately at the attractions.

As many other reviews note, the pass takes credit for many attractions that are free, and factoring in still needing to queue, the transit time between attractions and the fact most of the attractions aren’t open late, it’s tough to realize any actual savings from...More

Complete waist of money, they lie. Do not purchase London Pass!!! Most museums they include in attractions are free. Skipping the lines were complete lies - we were standing in long lines just like other tourists without the pass. We purchased a 4-day pass and...More

Shocking that they can rip tourists off this much! My cousin is coming to London and I am going to out with him and his friends, he sent me this pass to look at as he was concerned it was too good to be true....More

We've never been to London before and were game to try anything. The pass worked well for our family, but I realized that I needed to have it extended to 6 days otherwise it would be very difficult to use it enough to break even....More

With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized
lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is
not just considered the heart of this bustling London

You don’t need to. You can just take a screenshot of the barcode and show it to enter the attractions! It’s really easy to use :)
