Not bad
Oct 2021
Warm welcome from staff, huge (Superscreen) and quality audio but crispness of visuals was disappointing.
Leather seats but no recline were a little disappointing.
A bit overpriced, but pretty enjoyable experience.

Not the best cinema
Jun 2021
Poor cinema experience. Given a hot dog in a scorching hot bag to apply my own topping to somehow on my lap. Seriously high volume of film almost deafened me.

Dark Waters
Mar 2020 • Couples
First off, we were slightly shocked how small the auditorium of screen 3 was as we've never seen only 3 rows of seats in a cinema before!

The film was excellent and we throughly enjoyed watching it. No problems with picture or sound however the fan from the projector is very loud and audible during quiet moments.

Mobility - Not accessible
Feb 2020 • Couples
I think the Imax screen, sound and seats were great. However, not accessible. No lifts. A lot of stairs to climb to access the foyer at the entrance and I use a walking stick. The steps to the seats are quite deep too which makes the stairs a real struggle for those with mobility issues. Even local cinemas are more accessible then this one.

The ladies toilet queues are huge.

Nice cinema - IMAX
Jan 2020
Saw IMAX version of 1917. Enormous screen and extremely LOUD. We both felt a little sick, Probably too close, recommend to sit 10 rows or so back.

amazing 4DX but needs more employees
Dec 2019 • Family
absolutely amazing the seats were very comfy and i felt like i was inside of the movie with the best 4DX experience I have ever been in. The cinema looks very modern but the snacks are not worth the price. I had went there the day before i originally watched the movie to watch the movie and after i had bought the tickets from the machine 30 minutes later an employee told us that all the movies were canceled do to a cut of electricity and did not even close the machine or at-least put a guard to stop us or a sign to tell us especially because the cut was an hour and thirty minutes ago

Christmas Movie Bonanza!
Nov 2019 • Couples
We decided to book the cinema while on a visit to London. Birthday treat for fiancé who wanted to watch Last Christmas. Well after my initial mistake of booking Leicester and not Leicester Square 😮(I thought it was too cheap for London ha ha) the booking system was easy to use.

About the cinema : Clean and modern looking. Seats were spacious and comfortable. The screen was massive (superscreen). We throughly enjoyed the movie and experience especially as the film was based in and around Covent Garden.

Word of warning though is to queue up early for your drink and snacks as the wait time was very slow.

Overall good value for London.

Nice and Quiet
Jun 2019 • Family
Watched Aladdin on a quiet Friday morning and pretty much had the whole cinema to ourselves.
Our young children (5/4) struggled to see the screen so we obtained booster seats which improved their viewing.
The pricing is a bit steep but it’s London and Leicester Square so not surprised.
I believe there is also a 4dx cinema experience within this location though we have yet to do this.
Generally a very clean location and worth a visit if you have time to spare.

Family Trip to the Pictures
Jun 2019 • Family
We were in London for the Queens Birthday Parade so thought we'd also take the children to the cinema to see Secret Life of Pets 2 and where else better to see it than Leicester Square. We were greeted by a fantastic member of staff (Brian) who was extremely warm and welcoming. The film was being shown in screen 7, to my amazement there were only around 30 seats which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Definitely visiting again.
