Had the 160ft bungee jump at the O2 gifted to me for a present. Always wanted to do one, but was very nervous. The moment I turned up, the staff were friendly, reassuring and made the experience so much easier for me. and man, what a thrill this was! I had a great time and was so chuffed I could do it. I have nothing but positives to say about the company and staff. When the video from the top of my jump failed to record, the manager instantly offered me a free second jump! My legs had gone to jelly by then, but I did get some the professional photos printed out by them for free as way of a compensation.

The event booked locally for 2 of us was cancelled less than a week before the jump due to insurance at the venue, we were told that I can attend another 2 hours drive away. This is not suitable so asked for a refund. I was sent terms and conditions and told refunds are not available for cancelled events???? I would understand if it was for weather or staff issues or even not enough people booked and the event was being rebooked for another date, but this event has been cancelled from the location due to insurance and maybe some time in the future we may be back but we want to hold your money for that time in the future one day???? Feels like a very easy scam to me and I wonder how JVS in the BBC consumer program would respond to the very un consumer friendly terms and conditions. In the meantime I am taking bookings for Bungee jumps for £50 each and my terms and conditions are as follows. When you book I keep your money in all circumstances until maybe I decide that you can have a bungee on my terms or refund your money on my terms. I have no idea what happens now. I suppose I just wait until the start doing bungee jumps in a practice location for travelling.

DO NOT dial the following number: Customer Bookings & Support Number - 0845 319 5767 Got a text this morning on the expensive extra charge for my mobile, because I've called this number. I think it's ridiculous that they charge you without telling you or stating it on their website. Also, be prepare to spend another £40 on photos and videos if you do it for memories and experiences. The actual experience was good. But I don't like how they don't inform me for all these extra charges in advance. Really not happy, this is as bad as scams in my point of view :(

Such a unique experience we had jumping in tandem at the O2 arena. Staff members were extremely friendly and professional. Photos and video taken by the team are awesome. Cannot wait to do it again soon. Our appreciation to the whole team for making our experience unforgettable. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this bungee jump for my boyfriend last summer for his birthday in summer 2019 and it is now February 2020 and we still haven’t been able to do it yet !!! I booked it for October then days before we got a text saying the bridge is closing for maintenance which I was never informed about and if I had being made aware of this I wouldn’t have booked with them in the first place as I know we would have been waiting a while to do it! Anyway so the next closest slot was end of January so we re-booked. We then got another text days before saying the Bridge hasn’t been opened yet so we will need to re-book!!! First time was annoying but I understood but the second time being cancelled when waited this long is an absolute joke!!! They declined my refund and we can’t re-book now till may!!! It is an absolute joke how they can do this and not let you be entitled to a refund! Waste of time and money
