Not a change ,the same place as before the Lockdown etc

Have you taken no notice of Government Guidance.On Tuesday 16th June I went to Earth Natural Foods and was shocked nothing had changed.The Covid-19 Virus does not seemingly effect customers,staff etc at this health food shop There are no masked staff,not a glove,not a spit barrier at any till,no arrows directing movement in the shop.An interesting shopping experience of life before the Covid-19 Virus

Appalling Service at Cooked Food Counter!!!!

Just visited this store on 9 September to buy cooked food, the service is the most appalling in the UK as a whole, I waited endlessness as they chose to serve others who came after me. The service is so bad that 2 years ago I switched to buying most of groceries from Ocado instead and now only use Earth occasionally. Also watch out as they do sometimes make mistakes at the till and overcharge customers. We are told to support local businesses but with such appalling service, how is it possible. EARTH Kentish Town improve your customer service or continue to loose business!

Amazing shop, amazing food

Earth is mainly selling organic and vegetarian items but sells lunch of high quality and diversity every day.

Organic healthy and real foods

It is indeed a great find. While there are other options within the neighbourhood, this store is well stocked, friendly and helpful staff and many items that I have at times missed at other stores.

Terrible customer service, terrible cakes

Extremely bad customer service from a dour, middle-aged man today who did not appreciate that I had not liked a product and wanted an exchange. Never going back in again.
