A Place of Peace
Aug 2019
The last time I looked out my window on Victoria Park - I realised that the vivid sounds, honeysuckle notes and scene of a narrative fluency exist at Pymmes Park in Edmonton. The natural sounds and scene are living and breathing in these habitats for many species and animals to grow freely.

It is a park for everyone and a place to meet everyone. A stand out memory for me was to feed the ducks in the pond and know they were. The staple diets for ducks can not be challenged as bread - one visit has been satisfied by the joy given to feeding them.

Lovely Park
Mar 2018 • Family
Where Pymm's park is truly a lovely park it is Not dog friendly due to certain ethnic groups objecting to dog's being allowed off leads which is a pity but that is why I take my dog to others dog friendly parks.

A bit overgrown in places
Jun 2017 • Family
This was a park that I spent many hours in when I was a child. My parents still live locally so we took my Son there yesterday to feed the ducks.
It's really hard to feed them now as most of the way around the lake fence it is overgrown and there are nettles and reeds in the way. There was only a small pond area that we managed to see the ducks from which was a bit disappointing. The play area is good for kids with plenty to do but again it looks a bit tired and neglected. Overall it was okay for a little walk but a bit disappointing considering it used to be so well maintained.

Oasis in North London
Apr 2017 • Couples
This park is such a great little oasis of beautiful nature and tranquility in an area of North London more associated with anti social behaviour, crime and poverty.

With a large lake and surrounding wetland area with trees and green space it's a perfect place to get out of noise and pollution of urban life. Whether bringing your children, strolling alone or as a couple you will never be disappointed. It's great to relax and take respite, or as others have mentioned you can also be more active, bring your tennis racquets and try to grab a court for a spit of tennis.

If you're local go check it out, you'll never believe this could be on your doorstep.

A little peace and quiet
Apr 2017 • Solo
I walk through Pymmes Park weekly; great for a little chill time. Feels safe; even after dark, good to walk through to get off main road and take in a bit of nature 😊

Pymmes Park has it all
Jul 2016 • Friends
Pymmes Park is a lovely local park in the Enfield Area of North East London set just along the A406. It has Tennis courts, Basketball courts, a playing field for sports as well as a secure area for children. It boasts it's own ecologically friendly Wetlands which encourages wildlife and is a peaceful place to walk through. There is a small serpentine-shaped lake where I recently saw swans and their cygnets as well as coots feeding their babies and lots Canadian geese and ducks. It has a walled garden and a small visitors center which seemed to be closed. The park is very quiet and easy to walk around. The trees and lawns are well looked after.
