We went to see the show of 3 March and had a good time. Cute little theatre, the performers did a good job, excellent singing. However, the piano was much too loud and made it impossible to understand the texts at times. This really was...More

This is about the 5th time we have been to this quirky theatre above a pub. It’s a bit squishy- but who cares. You can take drinks in and you sit at a table....A cast of 4 plus musical director/pianist are on stage with an...More

Set in a lovely old mansion abutting a canal this theatre restauarant offers a better atmoshere than jujst going to the local pub. We were with a couple of vegetarians and the menu was good for them and for us. Pleasant place to spend some...More

It's a very cozy theatre on the first floor of a nice old pub in a lovely area. The show was timely at this time with loads of themes surrounding political topic. Real fun with friends.

Saw a play here the other night and was very impressed. A nice find that is a room above a pub that hosts theatre. Well worth seeing something here.

This really is an intimate theatre experience in that it is a room above a pub. Albeit a nice pub. And a big room. Popped into the pub beforehand for a snifter before heading upstairs to the theatre to watch a preview/trial run of a...More

What a great way to spend a Sunday evening! Had a full roast chicken supper with delicious gingerbread stuffing, followed by scrumptious caramel profiteroles, then trotted upstairs to watch hilarious comedy Newsrevue. Smashing venue, lovely staff and great food.
