A 90 minutes immersive experience in the Vaults, just next to Waterloo station (not easy though to find, thus arrive early). Either you already now about Goosebumps stories from your childhood or no, it is sure that you will have a great time. Actors guide you from room to room to experience different stories - you wil be splitted into groups as soon as the show starts, following different paths till the ending scene that you finally get back all together. The atmoshpere is spooky but not scary. If they only had a little more horror scenes to become more adult/horror friendly, then I would go for a 5 star review. Also, the ending seems poor according to all you have experienced tiil that time. Background music all the time; the amazing Tiger Lillies' spooky soundtracks.

We went on the children's goosebumps live it was a fun experience and my 8 yr had great fun. Would have been better if a bit longer. The actors were great, though they would have been a bigger shop at end, but you can buy 3 books for ten pounds.

I visited yesterday for the second time in the "Snake" group instead of the "Rat" group this time, so I experienced different rooms to when I went the first time.

The acting is great - especially the lady acting in the "typewriter" story and the gentleman in the "clock" story - these clever storylines coupled with excellent acting really captivated us in the audience. (NB: These 2 scenes can be experienced as a Rat or Raven)

There were a few "jumpy" bits at times, but as there's a large group of you its not "traumatic", in fact after the "scary bits", strangers in the audience were all laughing at each other's reactions. I had to apologise to a lady who i accidentally grabbed after something scared me from behind!! Luckily she saw the funny side to it :)

Unfortunately yesterday was the show's last day for 2016, but hopefully they will be back!

Note: Cheaper tickets to this (and many other) events can be found by booking through "yplan" - app or website. Tickets worth £37.50 could be bought for £20.

Really enjoyed this. The actors were doing a good job and really into it which makes all the difference, and this was probably one of the best immersive performance I attended in London. Not crazy scary, but good fun - check it out!

We had been to the Alice show in the Vaults so knew a little of what to expect: this was a delightfully spooky experience - not too too terrifying, as per the Goosebumps books - and my eight year old had a brilliant time. I love the fact, too, that the Vaults doesn't seem out to bleed you dry - the cloakroom is free, posters were a stunningly reasonable £1, and you could pick up three Goosebumps books (made up as programmes) for £10. Overall, my daughter said it was maybe 1% less good than Alice - and I'd agree; the show felt a little confused at times - but it was great fun nonetheless.

To be honest I never read the Goosebumps books, but sort of remembered the to series. I was expecting to be scared.
Read all the information given, small spaces etc.
Did not receive any medical briefing, the usual stuff you normally get anybody pregnant, heart conditions. My friend had heard they asked if you are claustrophobic we weren't and this was the MAJOR problem for me.
Started off good, then went downhill, was not warned about spending time in confined spaces, and the heat was close to fainting. Not good.
The individual shows are too long, the whole thing can be done in 60 minutes, if I am being honest I was bored and underwhelmed. Waste of money. Would not rush to go back.

I went today with my husband and 2 son's aged 4 and 8 and we all absolutely loved it!ok so my 4 year old got a bit scared halfway through but soon as it ended wanted to go again!
The show itself was a brilliant production of immersive theatre and took you on a journey through some of the more poignant goosebumps stories whilst you travel with your group from room to room along some scary corridors!
It was a fantastic production and so well thought out!

Goosebumps Alive was honestly one of the best theatre productions I have seen - so good in fact that I'm going a second time!
This may seem excessive, but the thing about Goosebumps Alive is that (I've heard) each time you go, dependent on your character card, you experience a totally different show, so I get to scare and thrill myself all over again!

This show was spectacular, especially if you grew up watching Goosebumps - it definitely brings back a sense of nostalgia and made me want to read/watch every single episode all over again.

The show kept me on my toes with its horror and tension, whilst also making me laugh in hysterics, keeping to the routes of the Goosebumps stories we all know and love.
I would also recommend going to see this show before it ends even if you weren't a Goosebumps fan, purely for the set and costume design. The whole production is seriously a sensory treat, from the fantastic visuals, to the sounds and even smells.

(However keep in mind that it is interactive so if you're not comfortable with crawling, small spaces etc, then prepare yourself. There is also a separate show for younger kids which I presume, is a much more toned down version of Goosebumps Alive)

Booked to see Goosebumps as we had seen Alice Underground and some of the same team were involved.

When you go in via the graffiti tunnel your experience begins .... Allocated a group you enter the first room and it all begins. Not to give anything away but it needs a group that are ready to participate and get involved. There more you do the better it is and our group did participate - screams still ring in my ears !!!

The lift seems to be the most popular but under the cornfields seemed to bring out the screamers in the group.

It is a great way to spend a couple of hours and the show itself is about 90 mins but it is really expensive - £50 per person.

All in all I don't think our group would go back to do another creatures experience but it wasn't a bad start to a Saturday night in town.

4 of us were looking for something different and boy did we find it! You arrive by a graffiti tunnel near the london eye.

Straight away your in a bar with scary props, and you travel from room to room to hear stories. .....without giving too much away this is immersive theatre, you will be scared
we absolutely loved it.
