We first visited the Tap on a whim, but now we can't resist popping in for a quick drink when we're in town. A stone's throw from Waterloo Station, this is a gem of a bar with at least 20 different beers on tap, with...More

Didn’t hit the heights of my last visit but this time was much busier making the room rather uncomfortable but the drinks were ok.

We found this place rather by chance, as we were looking for somewhere nearish to the station where our group could have a drink before going our separate ways. Fantastic range of ales/ciders and comfy seating. Barman was very helpful in letting us have a...More

Great beers and ciders, prices are reasonable "for London"..... but the staff really let the place down.... Really grumpy :-( Don't be grumpy to us, we're trying to be nice customers for you....even at midnight!

Wonderful selection of beers although really no need for the rudeness and sarcasm from the bearded hipster behind the bar.

Popped in for a quick drink after work. Amazing section of beers but very crowded and only 2 members staff on duty, one was cleaning glasses. Beer not cheap.....

Tasked with arranging a trip to London for 10 hardened beer connoisseurs that have, among other places, spent much time on the famous Bermondsey mile. I stumbled by luck on the Waterloo Tap - and I am delighted that I did. What a great selection...More

Underneath the arches ... excellent selection of draft beers and ciders, prices reasonable too. Seating is basic, and the loos are, too.

Seemed like a nice pub, but my overriding memory is the terrible smell - sure, I'd taken the only table left, which was by the toilets, but customers shouldn't be having to smell the toilets from outside. My comment: Make sure the toilets are kept...More

The heavens opened as we emerged from Waterloo Station. Looking for somewhere to escape the rain, we came across the Waterloo Tap. The choice of beer was superb, with a few of my German favourites available on tap. I will return on my next visit...More

Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a
thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National
