Hello Christopher, Thank you for your review and feedback. It's good to hear your game operator helped to get you in the mood to breakout and that they gave you the right amount of help! As you come into our building straight down the stairs is our "Shipwrecked" room and we have had a few groups accidentally go inside this room instead of reception. However we now have 3 signs upon this door directing customers the way to reception so hopefully this issue has now been addressed. Our upstairs reception does have a TV displaying all the rooms with some background music however it may not have been turned on for your visit which we are sorry about and definitely agree a little bit of background music is always nice in a reception area. The locks can be a little tricky to see sometimes if you do not have your glasses with you, however we can always offer a torch to help if that is the case, so please do not be afraid to ask for one on your next visit if that would help. We appreciate the feedback for the creepy music in the room and I agree we should have it a bit louder and going into all of the room, especially if it was a bit quiet on your visit as we do indeed want to keep that atmosphere building throughout your game. It's great to hear you enjoyed the afternoon and we will look to take your feedback on board, we hope to see you again soon and hopefully your next visit will be a 5 star experience! The Heist is a similar difficulty level to what you've played so it should be a good challenge. Or you could play our seasonal room Christmas Chaos, only available for a limited time!
