Tick tick unlock we’re brilliant from start to finish. Really helpful with booking - making special arrangements for me. Spencer was our guide and did just the right amount of hints to make the experience challenging but enjoyable. This was for my 12 year old daughter and friends and they loved it.

I booked this through wowcher and got a game for £19. Also, they have a car park in case you are wondering. We arrived a bit early but the guy was very friendly and began going through the pre-game explanation. There are 2 rooms so if there are enough of you then you can race each other to see who can get through the puzzles first, on this occasion we were just a team of 4. The game itself is full of interesting things to find and clever puzzles to complete. Between the 4 of us we escaped with 10 minutes to go with a few helpful hints through the TV from our host. I have done a room at Escape Chester where the room was decorated really well but this one was a little bit lacking in atmosphere. The challenges though were very enjoyable. Great fun for everyone.

Brilliant Father's Day activity yesterday - wasn't sure what to expect and read so many reviews of different places, but this exceeded expectations and was perfect for all ages of our group (from 10 years upwards). Brilliantly clever, frustratingly difficult in a good way and very well thought out in terms of how to get you through the challenge. Fab staff, infectiously enthusiastic and when we got out with 30 seconds to spare you'd have thought we'd won the Olympics! Would thoroughly recommend and really made our day. Thanks so much!!

I don’t understand why this escape room has received such good reviews , played last month and was extremely disappointed. puzzles lacked imagination, extremely hard scavenging and too many red herrings . The room very was worn. Only plus the games master was chatty and on point with clues .... with the bad flow of this game you need ALOT of clues .

We came to Tick Tock Unlock in Liverpool yesterday to celebrate my son's 11th birthday, and I can honestly say that we had an amazingly fun time! We had never done a room escape game before, but the Blueprint room more than exceeded our expectations. We managed to escape with about 3.5 minutes to spare - it felt like we were given quite a few hints, but were told that it was not as many as some groups need! We had three 10-year-olds with us and were a little concerned beforehand that they wouldn't be old enough to solve the puzzles but, in reality, everyone pitched in to help. Huge thanks to our gamesmaster, who was fantastic at setting the scene. Highly recommended as a brilliant way to spend an hour!

I cannot recommend this highly enough. I came with my rangers on the 12/10/15 there were 9 teenagers and me. We all had an absolutely fabulous time. Cassie is fantastic and brilliant and was able to put up with my rather loud group (worth a promotion in itself). Genuinely disappointed that we won't be able to go back and do it again (as we would know the answers) as soon as we know you have a new room we will be back. I think it was just the right level of difficulty for us and it was in weird ways so I don't think any one would find it too easy. The hint board was really good too. Thank you for a wonderful night xx

As tourists to the UK we were looking for things to do whilst we were in Liverpool. We booked after going to another escape game, and really had high expectations.

The venue was is a dodgy area and was hard to find, even the taxi driver didn't know where it was.

The game wasn't as good as the one we did before and was a lot easier, even for two people. After the game the guy who was hosting had to shoot off to catch his bus leaving us feeling like we were left in the middle of nowhere!

£14 each for an hour of stress in a confined space with a repetitive soundtrack that drove me mental.
Not recommended for the claustrophobic or those with very competitive friends......we may never speak again.
May have been more fun with fewer people. We had six, all working on different things so never knew how half the problems were solved.
Great idea in principle but my gaming is for relaxation and this was "TO WIN AT ALL COSTS".
Can it be played without the time constraint????

Brilliant escape room, first one we did as a family and it was brilliant. They allow six person per room and had two identical rooms, so two teams of (max) six could race against one another live, which I would have thought would be great for big groups.
Greta escape room, just hope they update it soon so we can go back and do another one!

We were warmly welcomed and looked after throughout our experience. We were a party of two adults and two young children (ages 7 and 8). Due to the very young age of our children, our host asked if we would like to receive additional easier clues throughout the game to help and we were very grateful to receive these (these were optional). The rooms were well decorated and the plot was well thought out. The children squealed with excitement each time they found a clue and there were lots for them to find. We were able to escape with a couple of minutes to spare - much to the delight of all the family. We would definitely recommend this experience.
