I, along with my wife, spent a weekend in Liverpool and were looking for things to book up before going. I stumbled across a local newspaper article about a guy who had set up a business doing tours around Liverpool in a John Lennon replica Psychedelic Rolls Royce . Fantastic i thought, a bit different and I love old cars too so we booked it. John the owner, picked us up, a really nice guy, a proper scouse, loves the Beatles and knows loads about them. He took us around all the different Beatle sites and a few not so obvious ones which was brilliant. I can't promote this tour enough as we had a great time, very relaxed, interesting and extremely good fun. They are very flexible in the service they offer, we were picked up at our hotel and dropped off back in the centre of town as we had a lunch booked. It was £100 for the tour but we had the car for our exclusive use with a driver, its a fabulous car and everyone looks, waves and takes pictures of the car. Well worth the money and a one off experience. I have no connection with them but i just wanted to promote the experience that we had. They are at - www.rocknrollstours.com
