Very boring!!!! Do not recommend. I came here my family to embrace the famous culture of liverpool city however I was not impressed at all. I’m sure the tour guide just read the first few lines off Wikipedia because I could have learned more off the local ice cream man than him. The state of the coach was less than satisfactory and I’m sure the coach seats have been around since the end of the war. I wish I could at least say something positive about the guide Steven however the smell coming from that man brought tears to my eyes. He was unexpectedly sexist on the tour by insinuating that if a woman was driving the coach we would be in the river Mersey by now. Overall I would not recommend this tour to anyone and would advise them to look elsewhere for an educational tour of the city.

Terrible experience! Would not recommend to anyone. The tour was extremely dull compared to the others I have done around the city. I brought friends along to be able to show my favourite place in the uk to give them an enjoyable experience during their visit but instead we were greeted with a hostile bus driver who’s hygiene was beyond poor, his shirt had visible stains and his stench was an abuse to my senses.
If there was one thing I were to recommend to someone visiting Liverpool, it would be to not use this sightseeing service.

WORST TOUR IN LIVERPOOL! Not only was there no toilet on the coach, but the tour was mind numbingly boring. The music went on far too long, giving my grandad a headache. We asked to turn it down as we were by a speaker and we’re replied back to with ‘you’re not the queen of this castle’. The host, I think his name was Steven, kept on staring at my 14 year old daughter! She looks old for her age but was very clear she’s a child, he was opening watching her. When we left, he tried to engage in a conversation about her mini mouse back pack but we ushered her off quickly! I want to be educated, not to feel unsafe !! Creepy pedo

Stayed overnight after attending a concert. Not looking for anything fancy on this occasion. Building was beautifully clean including the glass stairwells. Very quiet inside. However, the room itself was very basic and I could not recommend to family. Bathroom: decent shower but no floor towel so it was wet and slippy. No extractor fan so mirror too misty to see. No hooks to hang robe or clothes. Bed like a butchers slab..pillow thin and cheap feeling. Overlooked by office workers who are quite close. Felt overall a bit grim…wonky radiator, no air conditioning , one bit of depressing art work, basic t.v. Decent curtains though ( trying to remain positive!)

Myself and 5 friends travelled with your tour company to Liverpool last Friday, what a nightmare of a journey . It took 10 and a half hours on a bus with no toilet which everyone on the bus thought was totally disgusting. We were told only the tours that go out on Monday to Friday have the luxury coaches with toilets, the Friday to Monday get the crap buses. Well it's the first and last time we ever go with your firm. We go on quite a few tours through the year but never experienced one like this before, travelling from Sarn services Bridgend,to Cardiff then on to Gordano services and then Bristol picking up other guests was beyond belief. If we'd known all these pick ups were going to be included in the tour we would never ever have booked it. We'll stick to our own local firms, we didn't even get any refund for one of our party because she had to cancel as she was taken into hospital a few days before we were due to go. Not very professional for a firm like Majestic Holidays. Totally disgusted by it all. We left Sarn Services at 7.30 in the morning and still in Bristol at 11.15 with still at least 4/5 hrs to travel with no toilet on the bus. A complete joke !!

we went from southport to liverpool and we bought a ticket that also allowed us to travel on the ferry across the Mersey we enlightened at Birkenhead and we did the uboat museum then visited a witherspoons for lunch before heading back on the ferry and we then visited the Titanic exhibition at the marine museum before heading back to southport. Excellent value for money.
